Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Madesimo

Wir waren 8 Tage in der Unterkunft und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Kostenlose Parkplätze standen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Die Aussicht war besonders schön, es ist alles schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls super, ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir konnten Varenna gut zufuß erreichen (ca. 25 Minuten), allerdings sind die Fußgänger Wege sehr schmal und nah an fahrenden Autos, was eine erhöhte Aufmerksamkeit erfordert. Von Varenna aus kann man viele Fähren in die Nachbarorte nehmen. Alle Orte lassen sich prima fussläufig erkunden, dadurch sparten wir uns viele Parkgebühren. Der Comer See hat uns sehr gefallen und ist definitiv eine Reise wert.

Nos agradó mucho el alojamiento, la casa fabulosa, con muchísimo espacio, suficientes cuartos, muy cálida para el frío que hace afuera. Super cerca de los lifts para la montaña. Pueblo muy amigable, el super justo enfrente de la casa, solo que no abre los domingos y tuvimos que ir hasta St. Moritz al super, el restaurante Post delicioso y a sólo unos metros de ahí.

Beautiful 3 floors house located in a beautiful location at the end of the magic Valle Calanca. There are 2 fireplaces (one indoor + one outdoor) and a BBQ as part of a nice garden. Peaceful environment, one can only listen to the flow of the river and the singing birds. Nice view on four waterfalls falling from a big mountain.

La casa di Daniele appare come una baita moderna con inconsueto design esterno e perfetta realizzazione degli interni. E' molto piacevole soggiornare in una casa appena realizzata dove tutto è nuovo e funziona alla perfezione. Tra qualche mese immaginiamo che le parti esterne potranno essere terminate e rese piacevolmente utilizzabili. La zona è tranquillissima con bei panorami e nessuno disturbo. Torneremmo ancora non appena si potrà godere degli spazi esterni importanti d'estate.

This place is so peaceful and secluded from the traffic and noises of the outside world yet only a short distance away from good local restaurants and other towns. A few minute walk through the woods and we saw the waterfall and its river, sadly the water was still too cold, but we went in with our feet anyway since it looked so refreshing, which it was. We booked this place the night before actually going there as it was a very spontaneous trip and even got a confirmation right away, very grateful to have had the chance to stay there. Thank you!

Wir waren zwei Nächte dort. 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder. Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft. Unglaublicher Ausblick, tolles Klima, wir fühlten uns sofort wohl! Die Auffahrt zum Haus hat mit unserem Auto (Passat) nicht geklappt, da er unten aufgesetzt ist, also haben wir die Koffer etwa 50 Meter hochgetragen. Nächstes Mal planen wir weniger Gepäck schon im Voraus. Ansonsten wirklich toll, ganz netter Kontakt, sehr zuverlässig, grandios! Wir würden wieder kommen!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung in Tremezzo am Comer See verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig und dennoch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars sowie den Fähranlegern und dem traumhaften botanischen Garten der Villa Carlotta – alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vermittelt sofort ein Gefühl von Wohlbehagen. Besonders genossen haben wir den kleinen, separaten Garten, der Privatsphäre bietet und einen herrlichen Blick auf den See freigibt – ideal zum Entspannen. Ein Hinweis für Anreisende mit dem Auto: Die zur Wohnung gehörende Garage ist ein großer Pluspunkt, allerdings führt der Weg dorthin über eine extrem schmale und steile Gasse. Hier ist Fahrgeschick gefragt, nichts für schwache Nerven. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die einen entspannten Aufenthalt in einer der schönsten Regionen Italiens suchen!

Great place for a family of four, ski-in, Volg (groceries) and skilift in walking distance.

La camera con il bagno privato rispecchiano perfettamente la descrizione del profilo. Ci siamo fermati per una notte e Lorena ci ha accolto in modo caloroso e gentile. Soggiorno rigenerante.

Una casa molto accogliente, bene arredata, calda, comoda, pulita. Una accoglienza perfetta: gentili, disponibili, informati. Siamo stati veramente molto bene.

Casa molto accogliente, bella, pulita e vicina a tutti i servizi. Terrazzino con vista splendida sulla valle, dotata di tutti i servizi con il plus di uno splendido camino a pallet e del posto auto coperto. Davide e la sua famiglia splendidi host. Consigliatissimo!

Wow! What a place! This property is really special. It’s a very classy, contemporary and spacious property set in beautiful Italian surroundings overlooking the most breathtaking views. We hired this place for our skiing trip and we had the most amazing time here. We go skiing every year and it’s sometimes hard to find a spacious place BUT this is very spacious - the photos do not do it justice! With such a well equipped kitchen and a huge dinning room table (you could sit maybe up to 10 people around it!) we loved cooking, eating and chilling here. This property also has a couple of pieces of luxury with the jacuzzi bath and steam room shower which is amazing after a day skiing. It’s set in a lovely place called Motta which has a couple of nice restaurants and bars and you have a small walk to the ski lifts which gives you access to beautiful alpine runs into Madesimo. Diego was an amazing host. He answered all our queries and was very helpful. We would love to go back again!

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage. Der öffentliche Badestrand ist praktisch vor der Haustür und die Stadt mit vielen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Schiffsanlegestelle hat man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreicht. Der Gastgeber Stefano hat uns persönlich Empfangen und war immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft blitzsauber. Außerdem gibt es einen großen, gepflegten Garten den man benutzen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto! La casa era esattamente come descritta, pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione era ottima, vicina a tutte le attività sciistiche e l’atmosfera davvero piacevole. Il host è stato estremamente disponibile e attento, fornendoci tutte le informazioni utili e rendendo il check-in e il check-out facili e veloci. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la tranquillità, un’attenzione speciale ricevuta Senza dubbio consiglierei questa casa a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole e senza pensieri. Spero di poter tornare presto!

Situata in un luogo incantevole , circondata da montagne e verde con il rilassante rumore dell' acqua dei ruscelli Tiny house è una soluzione abitativa ottima. Ordine e pulito impeccabile, cucina e casa attrezzate con tutto ciò che serve.....ottimo spazio anche per il ns cagnolone Peccato fermarci solo per 2 giorni....ma ritorneremo sicuramente. Daniela gentilissima e disponibile.

Meine Tochter und ich haben wunderschöne Skiferien in Splügen verbracht. Von der Wohnung aus ist man im 5Min. zu Fuss bei der Talstation und auch im schönen Dorf. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt, man findet in der Wohnung alles, was man braucht und es ist sehr sauber und von guter Qualität. Agata ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und grosszügige Gastgeberin. Herzlichen Dank!

Louer chez Carina c'est comme être hébergé par des amis. Rien n'a manqué tout au long de ce superbe séjour, la communication avec nos hôtes a été un vrai bonheur tout comme ces multiples petites attentions. Le logement est parfait à tout point de vue, on s'y sent tout de suite comme chez soi et l'équipement est ultra complet. Le meilleur accueil ressenti pour nous qui avons pourtant fait de nombreuses locations. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

Roberto is the best host! Friendly, helpful and very communicative. The flat has the best location in Madesimo - next to the cabin and very central location, close to restaurants. And the view is magnificent from the flat.

It was a brilliant vacation at Enrico's place. No words can express our satisfaction. I loved the simple yet fully equiped place. We felt at home. Enrico is very friendly, nice and welcoming host who loves to help his guests. The route uphill is superb. You'd love just going up and down the hill to enjoy the stunnig views of lake Lugano. 10 mins away you'd reach the balcon of italy with amazing view to Lugano and Switzerland. just 10 meters away there is a very good restaurant in case you felt hungry. Thanks Enrico for the short time here and I would definitely recommend the place to everyone and should come here again and again.
