Very nice apartment with great views of the mountains. Very quiet location. 20 min. drive from Bergün - 30 min. from Davos.

We loved our stay! It’s a charming location, with beautiful views from the terrace and all of the windows. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the place. Both rooms are a good size, especially the master. We loved how the location felt like you were a local, with a trattoria within a few minutes on feet (make reservations). Perfect spot to explore the lake!

Perfection!!! ..... this is the perfect place to stay at lake como .... the apartment is right beside the lake, direct access no need to go anywhere.... and the apartment itself is super clean, and spacious .... everything was perfect .... and Elena herself was present there to greet us and she was always available on messages for anything .. overall great experience ... definitely one of the best places to stay at lake como ...

This was easily one of the best experiences I've ever had at an AirBNB in my life! Lucia and Roberto are outstanding hosts, are super responsive, and extremely kind and caring! They gave us so much extra helpful information and even offered rides to different parts of town if we needed! The view from their home is incredible and one of the best we have ever seen. The place was lovely and in a beautiful location. Anna and Elisabetta was really quick in responding and friendly. The place is so calm - it was a really peaceful holiday. The place is next to a cafe, to the lake, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdressers, laundrette, what more do you want? Going to miss waking up to this view!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was very spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The view from the apartment is amazing, perfect for a relaxing evening with a glass of wine!Location is great, we found it easy to use the nearby public transport routes. Cristina provided details of local restaurants and tour groups prior to check in and was responsive to all of our queries. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Lake Como!

We don’t have words to describe our stay here. This was everything we needed and more. The apartment was pristine with everything you need. The host was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. She left us a welcome gift which we enjoyed! She even called us taxis when we were less confident talking on the phone. The instructions to find the apartment, check in and out were so clear in some videos. Everything was so easy and felt like nothing was too much trouble. The views of the lake are out of this world and we spent one of our days just sitting on the terrace! We had some problems with flights and asked if we could arrive early. We were lucky as there was availability but again nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be coming back and staying here again. It was simply fabulous. Thank you - what a host!! ♥️

We very much liked the house and its surroundings. Perfect for those looking to discover the area of Lago di Como. Very close to Varenna and with an amazing view of the mountains. A place to come back to!

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

The Ticino house is simple but attractively furnished. Kitchen and bathroom are modern and clean. We particularly liked the wonderful view of Lake Maggiore, which can be enjoyed from the balcony. From Contra you can do a lot, hikes e.g. to the Verzaskatal, excursions to Lugano, Bellinzona, etc. We were able to spend a varied holiday.

Great place, very clean and with everything you need. Very careful in the smallest of details. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday but then comfortable time to visit Lake Como!!

Idyllic location overlooking Lake Como. Super comfortable and perfectly equipped house. Calm, tranquility, sunbathing in complete privacy, terrace with exceptional lake views. Georgia’s place is a very nice place. The studio has a very beautiful panorama and it was very clean. Georgia is very nice and responsive. She also gave us some recommendations regarding places to eat and they were great. I totally recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy place that has very beautiful surroundings.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

Lovely 3 nights at Annamaria’s place. Beautiful view which we enjoyed every morning and evening after a day of exploring. 30min drive from lake como and 1 hour from Milan - very easy.

Had a fantastic stay. Federica was easily contactable for additional requests and quick to respond. The location is excellent- right across from the lake and next to the piazza which is perfect for coffee and/ or spritz’ with a view! Short walk to catch a ferry/ supermarket. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!

The Appartement was really great. It was clean and the perfect location for trips around lake como. We will definitely come again. The parking in front of the apartment was perfect, even with a bigger car.

We had a great stay with Luca and his wife who welcomed us warmly and were always available as friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment was completely new, very clean, tastefully furnished and corresponded in every way to the description. We especially loved the location – the property is located right by the George Clooney villa, which gives the stay an exclusive touch. Various restaurants can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, which also made the stay enjoyable. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend the accommodation.

The place was just as described. Great view of the lake with a private balcony It is up a steep hill but Alessia was very accommodating and picked us up with a car so we did not have to walk up the hill with the luggage. The bedroom is upstairs with the kitchen and bathroom on the main level. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here

We spent great 5 nights in Fiona's apartment and give an all-round 5⭐️rating and an extra plus for the loving care 🤗 Fiona was extremely helpful and helped with the reservation for the first two days in addition to great excursion tips and restaurant recommendations. Villa Regina is easy to find and ideally located in the "center of the lake". The apartment is just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. Particularly noteworthy is the parking space with the good access. If you've ever been to Lake Como, you know how valuable it is. Supermarkets, a bakery and a gelateria are nearby. For us, it was important to be able to walk the dog in the morning, but the location is optimal. A path on the shore and a nice little park are 100m away. we enjoyed the stay with Renzo and his family very much. The apartment is spacious, tiptop furnished and clean. The family runs the AirBnB on its own, with a lot of commitment and warmth. we also appreciated small amenities (bread, conffi, butter, coffee and drinks) upon arrival. Baby bed and high chair were provided for our son. We highly recommend the place to Renzo and his family.
