Holiday rentals with a patio in Madeline Island

We loved our stay at Sandra’s place. It is even so much cuter and cozier in person! We were so comfortable and felt at home. It had everything we needed for a lovely weekend away. We hiked and explored during the days and relaxed at night. The sunsets. at the beach just down the street were amazing. The general store down the street is adorable, I would highly recommend. Sandra’s attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We are looking forward to a return in the future!

We spent the holiday weekend here celebrating my parents 60th birthday. The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location. Walkable to everything and nice that it had its own parking spot. The were extremely responsive to any questions/concerns we had and were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway to Bayfield!

Well appointed studio. Comfortable bed and furniture! Lots of little extras to make you feel at home . Great Che k in book with suggestions and clear easy instructions for tv . Checkout easy ! The view of the old buildings of downtown Two harbors reminded of days long ago . 2 block walk to watch ships, see the lake and walk the break wall! Great for a single traveler or a couple !

If you are fortunate enough, to spend some time on Minnesota’s North Shore, you won’t be disappointed staying here. Brenda and Tom‘s place is exactly as described. It is more than we expected. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and a lovely place to spend a vacation. The location is perfect and so scenic! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and even spotted an Eagle! We had a wonderful time hiking and exploring the surrounding area, including Gooseberry Falls, Grand Marais, and the quaint town of Two Harbors.

Great stay, Great walking access to town. Very attractive and well supplied unit. Great access to the ferry to Madeline Island, The town itself is a very p positive draw even as the season was coming to a close when we were there. No complaints. Easy to recommend.

We had a perfectly lovely stay here. Walking distance to all the shops/restaurants, and real close to where you can catch the ferry to Madeline Island. Loved that it was above Wonderstate Coffee, we made sure to go there each day we were there! Would totally stay again!

Thank you for providing a wonderful space for a family of 5 to get away! The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our family and everyone had their own space at the end of the day. We loved the sauna and took full advantage of it! This was also the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Thank you, Joe and Lauren!

Beautifully decorated and clean home. Great amount of space for hanging out and cooking home meals. We were 2 couples for a getaway and were very comfortable in the space. Beds were really comfortable. Walking distance from the brewery and local cocktail spot, the tipsy mosquito, 10/10. Morning walks to the pier were also so great!

This home is a true beauty! The owner has created a lovely oasis with a keen sense of style. Everything was so homey and comfortable. We especially loved cooking in the well-appointed kitchen - top notch! The upstairs great room made us feel like we were in a light and bright treehouse despite being in the woods. It was hard to believe we were just minutes from downtown Ashland. Thank you, thank you for sharing such an amazing home with us (and will you come decorate our house, pretty please?)!!

The retreat on the lake was a beautiful place to spend a few days. We were there in the winter, and it was a nice cozy atmosphere to be in. The lake is beautiful, and there are beautiful walking trails in the neighborhood. There is a nice little community beach which would be great in the summer. Ashley was a very helpful and responsive host. Thank you!

We love Bayfield and the Chequamegon Bay area, and Willard House was a perfect jumping off point. A quick walk down the hill to Lake Superior, shops and restaurants (do keep in mind it's a decent uphill back to the house for those who may have issues walking). The house was well-appointed and clean, and the hosts were sure to reach out to us multiple times to check in during our stay. Bonus points for allowing dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location if looking to stay in Bayfield area. Everything need a very short walk and very quiet street.

Bear Paw Lodge was a fantastic place to stay. Its a little bit out of the way, but it was so peaceful and overall in a great location. Only about 15 mins to get into Bayfield, which wasn't too bad. Megan left tons of information on things to do around the area, including activities, restaurants, and plenty of other information. We had a good group, and the bedrooms with their own bathrooms were a huge plus for individual privacy. The bedrooms were spacious enough, and we were able to fit 2 medium dog crates and still have enough room. Would highly recommend Bear Paw Lodge to anyone looking to stay in the area!

This spot is a gem! We spent a beautiful weekend here with my family- and my kids are already asking when we can go back. Amazing views, lots of privacy in this beautiful and comfortable condo. We could have spent all weekend in the very fun pool and wandering the shores of Lake Superior. The location is also amazing jumping off point for exploring. Don’t miss Cedar Coffee in Two Harbors. We also went north to check out split rock and the black beach and south to the new scenic cafe, Duluth grill, and summer adventures and spirit mountain. The condo has three suites which offer nice space for each member of your party. Perfect for our family of five, and would also be great for a few families or a girls trip. The spot was easy to access and Karen was really responsive. I cannot wait to go back!

Great location for watching the boats coming and going, proximity to town and people watching. We could walk everywhere. Hence, our exhaustion after a busy Memorial Weekend.sail boat races could be seen and the spinnaker run was beautiful. Thank you for hosting your lovely home.

We loved our stay here! We had 9 women staying for a girls trip and there was plenty of space for us all if you don’t mind sharing a room. Everyone got their own bed! The entire condo was super clean too. I appreciated that the fridge and freezer were totally empty when we arrived - I don’t love when Airbnbs keep condiments in the fridge from previous guests. I will miss having coffee in the morning from the balcony, the view is incredible and the sun hits the patio all morning. We loved that within 5 minutes we could walk to dinner, shopping, the Madeline island ferry, and our sailing outing. We didn’t have to use our cars once all weekend! Parking was easy. We cooked dinner in the kitchen one night and found it well stocked. Lots of towels were provided in bathrooms. We used the TV to stream music and movies easily as well. The fireplace was used on evening as well and was nice and cozy. My only feedback would be to provide a few more rolls of TP and get a larger coffee pot!

We absolutely adored this rental. The views, sunrises, gorgeous morning light, cozy fires in the evenings, proximity to town, jacuzzi tub, very well-stocked kitchen for cooking our meals for 4, convenient spot to park our snowmobile trailer and more. At no point in our stay did we feel the unit lacked anything. It was above and beyond what was shown in the photos and was much bigger than we anticipated, the perfect size for two couples. And having no steps from the parking area to the front door made bringing in luggage very simple. We also really loved the beach right out the back door where we found some agates. I’d highly recommend staying here!
