Holiday rentals with a patio in Madel

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

The Condo was beautifully designed and was homely enough to stay with my family. The help was available during the day and would assist with household chores. Anuradha was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the place!

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Raj exotica. From the moment I arrived, the Host (mounika) was very friendly, and very professional. Check-in was smooth and quick, and they were kind enough to accommodate an early arrival. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for a great night’s sleep, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The view from the window was also a pleasant surprise.

Our stay at villa oreka was wonderful well maintained property with all the amenities everything was clean with fresh towels and the caretaker santosh was very helpful throughout our stay always there whenever we needed something and he knows all the local areas and famous tourist spots so definitely recommend this property.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. Must visit home stay if you are near Pernem. It is spacious, well maintained and clean house with a touch of traditional vibes all around. Thanks to Ranjita for helping out with the of the dates. Also the care taker is very polite and was there to help and guide whenever we needed. Overall we had a great and pleasant stay at Aaicho wado..

I had an amazing experience at this house in Bastora! The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The host Allison was very attentive and considerate of our needs. She responded to all queries quickly. The host made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is full of trees and flowering plants. One hears birds chirping all day long. The pergola in front garden is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee,reading or working. The river at the back added a unique and peaceful touch. A nice place to watch birds, and if you are lucky, also see the Otters! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Lovely property, the riverside infinity pool and views are very serene and peaceful. The interiors are luxurious and aesthetic. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly, good host team too. Thank you for hosting us. Will definitely visit soon again.

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. I had an excellent stay! The place was not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully aesthetic — everything felt thoughtfully designed. I especially enjoyed the big TV for relaxing evenings. There were plenty of shared facilities that made the experience even better, including a pool table, table tennis, and a lovely swimming pool. Great place. Barca themed and fabulously maintained. You get everything you need around. whether you are planning for peaceful vacation or a adventure filled one, you get best of both worlds here. The infinity pool is well maintained fantastic view. The jacuzzi in apartment is perfect relaxation much needed during vacation break. No second thought if you are looking to book.
