The Stay is just Amazing would definitely prefer to stay at Dev's place whenever I visit. Also would definitely recommend to friends and family. If any issues Dev is just a call away he will definitely solve our problems. Overall Great experience at his Place.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly warm and thoughtful — not only did they offer excellent recommendations, but they also genuinely cared about our experience and engaged with us enthusiastically. It really made us feel like we were part of something special, not just guests passing through. The home was easy to find and located in a fantastic, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees. Inside, everything was beautifully set up with a clear understanding of a traveler’s needs. The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. Overall, the combination of great hospitality, a lovely setting, and such a well-prepared space made this stay truly memorable. Would absolutely recommend!

Lovely & responsive host , place was clean, peaceful and have everything one need for long stay needed a few touches but overall it's gd.

the host was very professional, prompt and responsive. the caretakers - Aman and his wife were committed and genuine. They even replaced the gas cylinder with their own to ensure there was no disruption. I think more than the place, it is the people that bring the airbnb proposition to life. And my strong suggestion is to pick the place basis review of the people than the place itself. the place can be fixed is the people are good. And in this instance, the host and his caretakers were kind and nice. so it all turned out well. i am local goan - and my advice is that the general goan population has no idea of what international tourists expect from a service perspective. So avoid hosts who are goans - save for my hosts who i think are local but yet international in their kindness :)

We had the most wonderful stay, truly one of our best Airbnb experiences so far! The place had such a warm, homely vibe that made us feel at ease the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. What made the experience truly special was Tanuja! she was absolutely the best! Her hospitality was exceptional — so warm, caring, and attentive. It felt like staying with family. We’re so grateful for the kindness and effort she put into making our stay memorable. This place is packed properly with amenities and has beautiful interiors. Jonas, the manager accommodated us quite well even when our original room was having some issues. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay across the two configurations. Rooms are vibrant and someone with a design-centric mind will definitely love it.

Kirti's place was exactly what we needed for large group - very spacious, clean with beautiful surroudings and nice views from top floors, overlooking Mondavi River. Kirti was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions upfront. We mainly wanted to visit the Panjim and do some spiritual tourism, visiting multiple temples nearby and found perfect place in the middle. Kids loved the propery. Good privacy and space for everyone as it has multiple floors and bedrooms. Would recommend the property for anyone travelling in large group.

The Loja exceeded all our expectations. We enjoyed complete privacy, peace and tranquility despite being just a 30- minute ride from Panjim. The highlight of The Loja is it's location right next to a lake. You get sweeping views of the lake, mangroves and the surrounding hills right from the front of the cottage. Wake up early enough and you are greeted in bed by the rising Sun and melodious birdsong! The Loja has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The huge windows let ample light in and allows for stunning views right from the bed! The hosts were thoughtful to provide milk, fruits, eggs, bread, etc. to take care of our first couple meals. The warm hospitality extended to us by the manager Mr. Vincent Lobo was exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. He was thorough in his explanations, polite, generous and always eager to help. Our time at The Loja will remain with us for a long time and it will always be the top priorty for our future Goa visits.
