La villa è composta da 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, un bagno, un salone, una cucina aperta e due terrazzi, di cui uno panoramico. Da ogni parte della struttura si può ammirare Capo Caccia in tutta la sua bellezza. Nel giardino è presente una splendida piscina idromassaggio, capienza massima 7 persone.
