We recently added this new recycled apartment to enjoy a stylish experience in a central area, a few meters from beautiful tourist spots in Rosario such as the waterfront on the Parana River, the monument to the flag, the pedestrian commercial or bar/restaurant area. Great for enjoying a beautiful stay.

Warm and bright, fully equipped apartment. Located in the north zone, one block from Bv. Rondeau. Very close to Portal Rosario Shopping. Nearby you can find everything you need for a pleasant stay, restaurants, supermarket and shops. It also has covered parking included in the rate. Excellent brand new studio. Very bright and fully equipped with everything brand new. Privileged location 2 blocks from the city's main avenues (Oroño and Pellegrini). Meters from Independencia Park, the main green lung. 10 blocks from Pichincha, a bar and brewery area. Very close to the women's health center and the best clinics and diagnostic centers. Really close to everything!

Maria's place is very nice. The only things to keep in mind are that there is a bell tower nearby that rings all day, which is a bit annoying, and that the shower is very small. Everything else 10/10.
