This new two-room house, named "Ile d'Oléron", with its private swimming pool (heated from June to September) measuring 2.5 m x 3 m, is designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Make the most of the beach (600 m) in St Jean de Monts and the Demoiselles district (400 m) Linen provided free of charge from 5 nights. (Available for rent for shorter stays.)

Le Bernard is a small, peaceful village 15 minutes from La Tranche sur Mer and 25 minutes from Les Sables.
