Our cozy 1930's cottage sleeps up to 6. The open-concept living/dining area has a queen sleeper sofa adjacent to a full kitchen. The separate bedroom has a queen-size bed and is located next to a small bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower. A spiral staircase leads up to a lofted area that provides another space to get away and relax, with twin mattresses on 2 separate built-in platforms. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.
