Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. The Hill Station is in the heart of the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area, immediately adjacent to the Mt. Tomah Botanic Gardens. The renovated cabin is set in an acre of gardens and is an ideal retreat for a couple. The cabin has a Living/Bedroom area with one queen bed, a sunny Kitchen and a new Bathroom. There are cafes nearby, the Botanic Gardens are a short walk, and the main towns of the Blue Mountains are 20 minutes drive away.
