The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

The place is as described. The house is pretty new and well maintained so I think we had the privilege to enjoy its beauty. The view is magnificent. The water is pristine and crystal clear. The pool is great but too deep however it is as expected as it was described as deep. I’d only recommend to have someone manage the listing and communication. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside and there were no response on both the contact number and as well in the app. We had to find the house ourselves before we could check. If I hadn’t get out of the car and find it myself we would have waited long. Overall the place is perfect. You just had to take a plight of stairs to get there but as expected it was communicated before booking.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Maria’s place. The place is very clean and beautiful and very private. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are spacious and clean as well. There are a lot of kitchen utensils and appliances for use. This place is highly recommended.

Utensils and all home materials are complete to it’s easier for us to cook and eat, What I liked most is the ‘honesty store’ it’s convenient since you don’t need to go outside if you forgot to buy something. I just hope that the cr has pasingawan and mas secured gate sana. Overall it was a good place to stay. The owner is responsive.

This is a great house for a long term staycation, 15 minutes from downtown, in a gated and private subdivision. The area is safe and secluded, with guards at both entrances. All amenities for short or long term accomodations are included; we stayed 3 weeks. Your own private transportation is *highly recommended*, as local rideshare is not available in the immediate area and/or hard to book. Foodpanda is available. However, there are usually tricycles hanging around in the main front gate. Host is responsive and we enjoyed our 3 weeks here. I would stay here again, 10/10.

Very nice interior of the house with rustic country vibe theme and its cold, the rooms are very nice and clean, the master's bedroom has a spacious t&b and there is heated water everywhere in the house. The place is wazeable though expect that u will be passing thru farm land but thats what make the place private and quiet. We will definitely be coming back. Thank u to our gracious host

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! We had an 18-day stay at the house, and it was exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. The location is very accessible, with dining options nearby. The owner was courteous and easy to communicate with. Overall, the place deserves a 5-star rating.

Beautiful and aesthetic unit. Love the view in the master's bedroom. Fully functional kitchen, we we're able to cook our own specialty dishes for my father's birthday. Only thing we noticed is it could be better if the unit was dusted off first before check in of a new guest. There were dust collected over the furnitures and the things in the unit. Sofa and carpet could have been vacuumed. There were dirt collected on the carpet as well that could have been easily removed when brushed or vacuumed. Another thing that could be improved is their tv channel. If they could add netflix or atleast cable channels it would be really perfect. Overall, the place is still highly recommended and we would love to come back. We just love how peaceful the place is. The view is terrific and the clubhouse amenities were complete. Me and my family would still definitely come back.

Host Wisco was always responsive to questions. Even if I requested an early check-in becausemy son needs to attend to an affair at 3pm and he needs a space to freshen up and get dressed, he readily gave in to my request. Nothing you could ask for more. Will surely be going back to this place. You get what you see.
