Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. The Sint-Pietersberg is a hilltop plateau south of Maastricht. A unique region with picturesque villages, forts and castles and an exceptional nature. At the bottom of this oasis of peace, on a cozy little square, lies our house. The rural district of St. Pieter is perfect for a hike or bike ride in the greenery. Within a 10-minute walk, you will reach the historic city center. In the neighborhood it buzzes with restaurants and eateries. Also you will find a neighborhood center with a supermarket etc.

Stylish "boutique" apartment where you can enjoy a wonderful stay in Maastricht. The spacious kitchen and living room provide a lot of livability. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very conveniently located in relation to the MECC (5 minutes/car), Maastricht University (5 minutes), and the old town of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (8.10 p.d.)

Atmospheric home in historic center

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

The ‘Aan de Hoge Dijk’ guesthouse, located on the banks of the old canal embankment, is the ideal base for exploring Maastricht and its beautiful surroundings. Our two-person guesthouse is located within walking distance of the city centre, nestled between the greenery of the Sint Pietersberg and the waters of the Maas. The guesthouse is suitable for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while exploring the city and/or enjoying nature.

Semicircular studio of 50 m2 with kitchen and bathroom on Sint Pieter adjacent to the Pietersberg and the Maas 1000 meters from the city center. Cozy studio and large outdoor space for shared use. Parking in front of the door (paid) or free (50 meters away). Private entrance, bathroom with bath and shower and washing machine. Kitchen with refrigerator (filled with breakfast items), and microwave. Fresh bread rolls every morning.

Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
