Stylish "boutique" apartment where you can enjoy a wonderful stay in Maastricht. The spacious kitchen and living room provide a lot of livability. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very conveniently located in relation to the MECC (5 minutes/car), Maastricht University (5 minutes), and the old town of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (8.10 p.d.)

Here you can vacation in its purest form. The Dutch tub offers some adventure for young and old (you have to heat it yourself with wood and watch the fire, perhaps with an aperitif? Overall, the heating process takes +-4 hours depending on the season! Please note: not possible in case of frost. Maximum 1 dog

Explore - on foot or by bike - the Geuldal, the hills, the bustling Valkenburg (less than a kilometer away), Maastricht with its brown pubs and unique historic city center or take a day trip to nearby Aachen or Liège. Luxurious, tastefully furnished suites with unobstructed views over the hills. Bedroom with 2-person Swiss Sense box springs. Bathroom (bath and/or walk-in shower). Buitenplaats Welsdael is a unique base for hiking and cycling trips on the plateau of Margraten near Maastricht.

From the terrace, you have a view over the vast meadows and the trench.
