You will stay in the narrowest part of the Netherlands, where numerous beautiful cycling and hiking trails can be found. From the front door, you are already within 300m in a beautiful nature reserve for a walk along the mill pond. If you like shopping more, then a visit to Maastricht or designer outlet Roermond is definitely worth it. *Adults only!

Rest in the green oasis near the Maas

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.

Look at the stars from your own terrace, light a bonfire, drink a glass of wine... ENJOY! The lake and forest is just a short walk away, and the area is great for hiking, biking, swimming and relaxing. Just check out the pictures :D. In summertime we rent the house per week.

This cottage/bungalow chalet is fully built to relax! With an outside shower, to a full fledged (gas)barbecue and great garden for sunbathing - this is the perfect getaway! Located on Europarcs, with all it’s facilities in reach (Supermarket, Restaurant,Tennis, Golf (9 holes), Swimming pool, beach volley field, pingpong table, alpaca’s, goats, chickens…). Let alone the proximity of a lake and a beach surrounding that lake, literally outside the door (2 mins walk)

't Achterommetje

't Achterommetje is very spacious and quietly located. Home is practical yet homey. Outside there are two terraces, one in the sun and one in the shade. There is a lot private due to a natural construction of the garden. The ground floor has floor heating, cooking facilities, laundry room and toilet. There is also a large fitted wardrobe for suitcases, jackets, shoes and bags. On the first floor is a bedroom with double sink, shower room, and separate toilet.

Apartment “Eiland 44”

Nice completely renovated detached guesthouse in the picturesque fortress town of Stevensweert. The cottage has its own entrance with a spacious terrace. There are numerous opportunities for hiking in the adjacent nature reserve. For cycling enthusiasts, there is the junction route that is located right next to the house. Designer Outlet Roermond is 20 km away. A visit to Thorn is also absolutely worth it and of course not to forget Maastricht, 40 km away.

Apartment on the lake

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

Riant huis, veranda, grote tuin, natuur en water

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

Stevensweert Vacation Home

This house provides a wonderful holiday feeling due to its beautiful location by the water, on the Maasplassen and almost against the center of the atmospheric fortified town of Stevensweert. The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the holiday park Porte Isola, and in the nearby area, you can enjoy hiking and biking. And of course a paradise for water sports enthusiasts with a boat rental in the park.

This beautiful Houseboat is in a woody area on the edge of the Mookerheide with a view of the Mookerplas. Enjoying a wonderful holiday is not a problem in this accommodation. With the same comforts as a fully furnished holiday home, this Houseboat is the ultimate experience on the water in both winter and summer.
