Holiday rentals with a patio in Maalaea Bay

Nate’s place was clean, convenient, and right on the water. Every morning we looked forward to watching the tide and seeing the sea turtles, there were even binoculars we could use! The location was extremely convenient and Nate was super responsive. I’d definitely stay here again when I am back in Kihei!

Marie was fantastic! Her place was spotless, and I felt right at home. I’ve traveled all over and stayed in several Airbnbs, but Marie’s place has everything one could think of. Like ziplock bags and laundry baskets. It is the little things that makes this spot worth it. It was also very clean and located near some great food spots. A bonus was having a sauna to use at our disposal. I would definitely book this Airbnb again.

Very nice Apartment in Kihei directly at the Beach, only 1 minute away. The Apartment was very Clean and everything was available at Check-in. If I plan to visit Maui again, I will definitely come here again!

Die Wohnung von Annie ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die gepflegte Anlage befindet sich gleich neben den ganzen Luxushotels in Wailea mit direktem Strandzugang. Es ist wie im Paradies dort. Ich war noch nie in einem so gut ausgestattetem Airbnb zu Gast. Badetücher, Strandliegen, Sonnenschirme, Schnorchelausrüstung, Strandspielzeug, Kühltaschen und noch vieles mehr machen den Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis. Kosmetika, Kaffee, Gewürze, Wattepads, ja sogar Schwimmwindeln waren vorhanden. Annie hat uns auch einen späteren Check out ermöglicht. Das Swimmingpool und der Strandpavillon sind ganz toll. Man kann dort auch seine Lebensmittel in Kühlschränke geben und auch Griller und Herd sind dort vorzufinden. Der Zugang zum bekannten Beachwalk befindet sich gleich neben dem Strand. Es war herrlich dort jeden Tag die 5 km zu gehen. Der Strand ist wunderschön dort. 100-prozentige Weiterenpfehlung. Unbedingt buchen, wenn man nach Maui kommt. This was our second stay at Maui Vista and first time in this condo—everything was just as listed! Shannon’s check-in instructions were clear and sent a week in advance, which made things easy. The location is perfect—2-minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to shops and restaurants, and parking was always easy. Loved having a full kitchen, plus a rice cooker and Keurig! The in-unit washer/dryer was super convenient. Stress-free, comfortable stay. We’d definitely come back. Mahalo, Shannon!

Melissa was an outstanding host! Her condo, besides being very neat and clean, had every necessity we needed on our vacation AND she provided supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, detergents etc that lasted for our entire stay. Haven't had an airb&b host who did that.) Beautiful and convenient location, in the heart of Kihei, close by to many amazing restaurants and coffee shops, surrounded by beautiful beaches. The condo is perfect for a family stay with small children. A washer and a dryer were very helpful. Would definitely recommend Melissa!

This was probably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in for what I was looking for. TRULY MAGNIFICENT OCEANFRONT VIEW - WOW! It takes about 25 seconds to be on Sugar Beach from the unit. Each morning I woke up to watch boats on the water, kitties playing in the yard, and relaxing sounds of the waves. All amenities great: very clean space, quick AC, plenty if towels, comfy chairs & bed, ground coffee maker, blender for smoothies, TV w/ all the apps, fully equipped grassy yard with chairs, umbrellas, food shower, easy parking, nice decor, etc. Very walkable along the beach to a yummy bakery, farmer's market, and ABC store. Short drive to basically anywhere you want or need to go (shops, food trucks, airport, etc.). Simply fantastic. I wish I were still there.

We had a wonderful stay at Whale Watch condo in Maui! The location was perfect — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but still peaceful and relaxing. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family, including our 3-year-old and parents. We especially loved having morning coffee on the balcony with the ocean breeze. Communication was easy and thoughtful throughout. This was the perfect home base for exploring the island and making special memories together. We’d absolutely love to come back!

We had an amazing time. Amy & Jay were extremely responsive and the property was immaculate. Our family of 5 had everything we needed to be comfortable, enjoy the beach and be within 15 minutes of anything on the west side of Maui. We plan on returning soon!

Wow, we truly felt this was the perfect place for us during our honeymoon. We loved the privacy and open grass area that had the most romantic view. Waking up to the roosters and spotting the geckos around the property really added to the experience. The place was so spacious and has everything you need and more. The best sushi spot, grocery store and breakfast joint are a short walk away. We will never forget this little sanctuary, and hope to come back to it in the future. Thank you so much, Hunter!

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Kapalua Ridge is an incredible development and Kevin’s place was absolutely stunning. The entire setup gives all the resorts in the area a run for their money. The place itself was clean, well equipped, massive and luxurious. The views of the coast and islands was beautiful and we enjoyed stunning views everyday. It’s a short walk to the beach and few steps past the nearby beach gets you to Kapalua bay which is where the restaurants are. The bathrooms were very large and luxurious - which we loved. Our host Kevin was super responsive and was very helpful with recommendations and helping us find things in the airbnb. Will come back here if in Maui - amazing place.

Mike and Ashley were incredibly amazing and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. Really appreciated the special touch they left us for our anniversary and will recommend them to and friends and family that visit Maui. Their place is beautiful and it looks even better in pictures. It is perfectly homey, private, and quiet, which was very nice but also close to the beach with a three minute walk couldn’t recommend staying with Mike and Ashley more. Thanks for helping make our anniversary trip special!

Prime location. House was equipped with beach necessities which made it really convenient for the family. A short walk across the highway and you're right at airport beach.

The airbnb was great, clean, easy access, and it came with its own parking space and patio. Overall pretty content with the place, it was comfortable for a group of 5 no complaints. And Emma was an awesome host! Super responsive, understanding, and let us check in early. She also gave us recommendations of nearby activites and restaurants which was a nice gesture. Overall happy with the airbnb, would stay here again.

We loved this home. Whether it was having dinner with a Maui Sunset or enjoying the first morning cup on the front patio with the blue Pacific as a backdrop or just enjoying the home and beautifully kept landscaping, with pool, we have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Truly felt like we were guests not customers. I was traveling with my Niece and her teen age and adult children and we all loved it. Lots of snorkeling and beach gear. Restaurants, beaches and shopping all very convenient. Several good swimming and snorkeling beaches minutes away. Loved our stay at Alicia’s place! It was a first visit to Maui, and we did a lot of research about where to stay. This place checked all of our boxes, and we’d definitely stay here again. We walked to the beach pretty much every morning, and caught some amazing sunsets. We drove straight to the beach one evening from dinner, and my son and I raced my husband back to the apartment on foot and beat him there. Loved having a peaceful lanai for coffee every morning. Our son loved having the pool so close!

Helene and Michael’s home in paradise is a true gem. We enjoyed a beautiful four nights here taking in the spectacular views from the patio, watching turtles swim by, and swimming at the beach right off the back deck. Helene’s home felt peaceful and had every amenity you could need. The kitchen was well equipped as was the bbq area. The location is prime and walkable to shops and restaurants while not feeling busy or crowded. The lack of AC was not an issue as it was nicely cool at night with breezes and plenty of fans throughout the unit. Helene was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We only wished we could have stayed longer here in paradise and are already planning our return. Mahalo 🌺💕

Doug’s place was absolutely beautiful!! Loved the beach view!! As well as all the beach equipment available to use (beach chairs, water boards, snorkeling equipment) And easy access to a more private beach! Doug was also very responsive and answered all questions asked, as well as recommendations on restaurants! Would most definitely book here again! 😊

Our stay at Terri’s condo was everything we hoped for and more. The location was Beautiful and the condo was perfect with everything we needed. It was a perfect spot to be in the middle of everything we had planned for our trip and we definitely will be staying here again

Wonderful property! Karma is a great host: quick to respond, flexible and kind. She went above and beyond to help make our trip enjoyable. The condo itself is very well stocked and comfortable. Really appreciated all of the beach gear (chairs, sand toys, goggles/masks and boogie boards!). Beds and sheets were sooo nice, and there were lots of extra beach and bath towels. While at the condo we spent lots of time watching the birds from the lanai, enjoyed walks on the beach and sunsets from the rooftop. Kehei is a small, safe town in a great location to begin/end all of our Maui adventures. A few of our favorites: Palauea Beach, Monkeypod restaurant, Duo (splurge at the Four Seasons), Trilogy snorkel tour to Kaanapali, North Shore Zipline, hula show at South Maui Gardens.
