Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

Lovely little luxurious self contained flat. Lots of parking, village community. Plugs both sides of the bed! Lots of walks, pubs, cafes and easy distance to the beautiful Jurassic coast, the new forest, Poole harbour, Bournemouth, Poole or Dorchester. So much to see and do here and be a part of country life. WE ALSO HAVE LOCKABLE SPACE FOR BICYCLES, KAYAKS, PADDLE BOARDS ETC FOR A SMALL DAILY FEE PER ITEM.

There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
