Washing machine and dryer is available in separate building.

Whether as a couple or with family (2 adults, 2 children) you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from May to mid-October, as well as the jacuzzi (optional). We are 30 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards...)

The indoor heated pool is at your disposal.

L'ancienne école cottage, like a scent of childhood

The cottage - labeled 4 * - is arranged in an old school. A new primary school is installed on the adjoining grounds, so noise disturbances are limited to the operation of a school. The decor and equipment are particularly neat. The garden is enclosed and the swimming pool, private (5m/11m) is covered and heated. The owners request access to the swimming pool 1h.30 / day. The owners live across the street and are therefore always available.

Renovated old barn. Large bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Kitchen and seating area on the ground floor. Located in the shade of two large lime trees. Peace and serenity guaranteed. The swimming pool is heated by a solar shutter which allows us a swimming temperature of about 30 degrees in high season and about 25 degrees at the beginning and end of the season ( early May and late September to early October).

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
