This clean, beautiful, newer ranch home, has an open floor plan, and is found in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located 8 miles from Notre Dame and 3.5 miles from the SB Airport. We've prepared an intentionally organized kitchen and bathrooms for a full house, as well as carefully selected beds to rest easy. The dining room opens up to an outdoor deck and fire pit to enjoy Indiana's seasonal outdoors.

The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse historic architecture are charming. No smoking.
