Free parking. No pets and no smoking. Bed linen is not included. Towels are not included. Let us know in advance if you wish to rent bed linen (costs SEK 100 each). (Renting a towel costs SEK 50 each) Cleaned by the guest before check-out. Let us know if you would like to borrow a drying rack, extra hangers, an extra mattress, more kitchen utensils, or if you would like something specific.

The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

During winter months in Sweden it is 22 degrees in the house.
