A kitchen with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A spacious terrace invites you to linger. There are plenty of parking spaces. The jetty is located on the city lake under the vacation home and is suitable for fishing.

Near the house there is a supermarket with bakery/butcher as well as a canoe rental.
