This is an old barn renovated into a vacation home. Simple but equipped with all the necessary comforts, it is +/- 85 m2 and offers a large living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, a small shower room and a toilet. It also has a terrace and a large garden with a small private wood offering plenty of privacy. The barn is located in a charming alley, 200 m from a supermarket and 900 m from the heart of the village where you can find all amenities.

Small village in the middle of the vineyards; 100m from Lake Vergne, 12km from Cahors, 6km from the Caîx nautical base, hiking, paragliding, fishing.... Independent courtyard, you have a living room, seating area with TV; kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker...
