The space

This thoughtfully designed Paros vacation rental makes the most of its location just outside the town of Naousa with a sunny courtyard and bedrooms opening to a terrace. It’s an ideal retreat that makes it easy for up to sixteen friends or extended family to stay close to several classic Greek-island beaches.
The villa’s central courtyard features an infinity pool, loungers, al-fresco dining and a barbecue, all within listening distance of an outdoor sound system. You can even set up the home theater to watch a movie outside after sunset. Other amenities range from an exercise room to Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a security system.
Inside, Nadal’s expansive living areas are filled with natural light and natural textures such as wood ceiling beams and leather sofas. Concrete floors, however, add a subtly urban touch to the living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.
There are three bedrooms in the main house of this luxury property and five in guest houses; all have double beds and en-suite bathrooms. Several of the guest-house bedrooms have their own private entrances, making them perfect for couples wanting a honeymoon-style escape, as well as features like lounge areas and kitchenettes. Like the common living areas, the bedrooms are bright and modern, with an eclectic mix of furnishings that makes them feel like the home of a stylish friend.
You could easily spend your holiday lounging by the pool, savoring the company of family and friends. But if you’d like to explore the island, it’s less than a 10-minute drive to both Kolymbithres Beach, plus shopping and dining in the town of Naousa. The cities of Paros and Lefkes are a bit farther, but still within easy reach for a day trip—or even just an evening out.
