The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We stayed for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was amazing. Perfect for 6 girls to relax, the pool with its view is a 10/10. The kitchen was fully equipped. Hannes was a great host making sure we had all information we needed. Definitely coming back again. My recommendation: pack light and in smaller bags, you have some steps to the house. 😅

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes' drive from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

This place is definitely recommended. The house is very tasteful, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The host Denise and her husband are super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We have gratefully used the table tennis table. In short: a top location.

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Beautiful large roof terrace, garage for your car, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and otherwise plenty of space! The reception was very warm and we found everything very nice. The nights were quiet, during the day planes and the nearby main road can cause noise, there are also a few yappers in the neighborhood at home, but it did not bother us, we recovered wonderfully! Thank you:)

We had a great stay with our family! We were received very friendly and everything was as in the description. Our children particularly liked the location next to the horse farm. We were only there for two nights, but would have liked to stay longer. The area around Lake Maggiore is fantastic!

I loved it at Corte Di Brenta. It is an old style Lombardy Court house, part of a classic Corte Lombarda, northern Italy. In particular I loved the two main bedrooms, each with their own mosaic terrace, where You can sit peacefully sipping a good drink or enjoying some local good food. Lovely view of the surrounding mountains from the back terrace. Great shower cubicle in the upstairs bathroom, with a rain shower and jacuzzi. All is there for your confort and an easy life, and a good holiday. Lovely garden too. Just make Yourself at home. Plenty of fun on offer too in that beautiful area of lakes and mountains. Great eateries and patisseries too, just ask Andrea or the locals. Two places from Me: Circolo Di Arolo, and Pasticceria Marabelli on the Varese Lake. For a great night of food and JAZZ head for Il Sorpasso, Laveno Mombello, on Lake Maggiore. Must book in advance. Life is Good @Corte Di Brenta.

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you also for the warm welcome and the tips. Marco's house is very nice, comfortable, it was impeccable. Very comfortable mattresses and impeccably clean and good quality linen. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. The terrace overlooking the river in the middle of a landscape with lots of vegetation conveys calm. Yes, keep in mind that access to the bedroom on the upper floor is by a somewhat narrow spiral staircase. Marco was very helpful and attentive, he was always available. Without a doubt, the house and its host, Marco, are recommended.

We used the accommodation as a stopover on our trip to Sardinia and were completely satisfied. The garden was perfect for our dog – plenty of space to romp around and safely fenced. The place itself was very clean and well appointed. Everything important for our baby was also on site, which made the stay particularly pleasant for us. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the quiet location. Restaurants were either within walking distance or a few minutes by car. A clear recommendation – we'd come back anytime!

Beautiful and well-kept house with great garden and barbecue, very well equipped and clean. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance, and you can reach the lake and Luino in 10 minutes. We had a nice week with our dog in Roberta's house. Her parents live upstairs, but you have the garden to yourself and absolute privacy.

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect accommodation! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were very happy to leave the crowds (late May!) behind us and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the road up to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, when it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

Great place to stay if wanting to be close to the airport. Bus close by to take you straight to the airport. Spacious, modern and clean. Marianna was really helpful. Although there’s only 2 places to eat locally, it’s a perfect short stay apartment.

We had a very nice stay in this very charming place with its own character. The lake and mountain views from the balcony are unique. Hiking trails start right behind the house - perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The property itself is very well equipped, everything necessary was available. Also, you don't have to starve on the first day after arrival, as the pantry was still well filled with pasta, pesto, olive oil, etc. That made the arrival very pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

We were two for a week at The Lake and it was a very nice time. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning works great. The garden with whirlpool is cozy. I had concerns at first because it is laid out with artificial turf, but this is high-quality and does not feel strange. The house is next to a railway embankment, but that doesn't bother you, there are only a few trains and they are very slow. You can't hear it at all when the windows are closed. The street on which the house is located is also not very busy. The facility is very modern and tidy overall. There is information material about nearby places and sights - we had a very clear plan of what we wanted to do, but for those who are spontaneous, it is certainly helpful. Mirko was also immediately on the spot if there were any questions or problems. We felt very comfortable and would stay here again at any time.
