Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

You can use sauna, hot tub, terrace with water sunset views and delightful interiors. Perfect for couples, families and pets. Explore nearby Międzyzdroje, hiking, cycling, kayaking and beaches. The Naturstammhaus near Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom offers you two bedrooms, each with two double beds, a beautiful bathroom with a large shower, an open fireplace, a spacious terrace with a porch swing and a direct cycle path to the Baltic Sea beach. A walk through the nature reserve behind the house will take you to the Achterwasser lagoon on the island of Usedom. There is a one-time cleaning fee of 80.00 euros, and bed linen packages are available for an extra 20.00 euros each.

The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

Fantastic thatched roof house with direct views of the Achterwasser, very lovingly and modernly furnished. It is an approximately 115 m² vacation home with a large sun terrace for up to six adults + 1 child. At any time of the year, it offers everything you need to relax and unwind. Two double bedrooms and a large family bedroom are available. The downstairs bathroom has a spacious sauna. The fireplace provides romantic coziness.

Cozy holiday bungalow (43 m²) on Usedom. The house is located with 2 other houses on a 14000 m² communal forest property, which is located on the banks of the Krumminer Wiek. One double bedroom, another room with bunk bed and a living room with pull-out sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.
