We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Holiday cottage on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

Cozy garden house in the countryside Ideal for solo travelers or couples. It has a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a pull-out bed and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, which is accessible from the outside. Quiet location, non-smoking accommodation, uncomplicated and equipped with everything you need. Towels included. Wi-Fi available but only weak. 5-minute walk to the train station.

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).

This pretty 1-room apartment is centrally located on the first floor with a separate entrance, small seating area and private kitchen. It is otherwise used as a practice room. The bathroom is 1 ½ meters away via the hallway. It is for exclusive use. I speak German, English, French and Spanish. I can somehow communicate in Italian.
