Vine Cottage is a quaint gite in a secluded part of rural France. It sleeps four people; a large bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed and a smaller double room downstairs with two single beds. There is a shower room on the ground floor. The historic town of Melle is just 4km away with a choice of supermarkets/restaurants etc. The gite itself is very private with a beautiful swimming pool, garden and eating area. Ample parking, and central heated, the gite is available all year round.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Close to the center, its amenities, hiking trails and the Saint-Hilaire Church (UNESCO).
