Waterfront holiday rentals in Luquillo

Loved the view! We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio overlooking the water and the trees. The bed was really comfortable, and the AC felt great! We enjoyed our stay. Kimberly (who manages it) was very communicative, kind, and helpful!

Aydil and Yadil were quick to respond and very attentive! Specially during checkin. Their instructions were clear which made it all easy. I loved the condo. It was clean and had all the things we needed. The fans in the living room were great! The balcony view was beautiful! The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. It was perfect for our stay! 10/10 recommend!

The apartment is very wonderfully furnished and feels very welcoming. Great renovations - especially the sliding glass doors to the balcony from the bedroom. It provided a great view every morning. Walkable to a nice cozy restaurant, Panderri. Across the street is a nice supermarket, Amigo. The staff in the lobby and the gate are always willing to give great recommendations. The apartment is perfectly situated right by the beach and in the midpoint to El Yunque and Fajardo (marinas for trips to other islands like Culebra, Vieques, and Icacos). Really loved the apartment and hope to return very soon.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The accommodations are exactly as described, and the pictures reflect reality. Waking up to an open air, high view of the ocean, pleasure craft, and nearby islands is a great way to start the day. The pool is much larger than I anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. I value the security of the parking lot and building. At the top of my feedback list is the great communication at the start of the rental. After a long day of travel, clear instructions relieve stress. If we return to the area, we would hope to stay again.

This place was everything and more! It had everything you needed and was so clean. Fabiola was extremely helpful to make the check in and out process and easy as possible. She also gave us various local recommendations, which was so helpful. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Absolutely loved staying at Jose's place! Perfect location, right by the water. Beautiful backyard, and thankfully there was nobody else staying in the apartment above us so it was truly private. Jose was so responsive and helpful, he responded to all texts within an hour! Would absolutely recommend to anybody visiting Luquillo beach :)

We made the perfect choice. The stay matched the ad and was everything we were looking for. The location and access instructions were clear & concise and everyone from the parking attendants to security was pleasant, helpful and spoke English. I highly recommend.

Just a perfect Airbnb, super safe, bigger than how it looks in the picture, and it was just perfect!

Hector's place was great to stay in. It was spacious and clean and very conveniently located for us. There was a laundromat and good breakfast place 5 minutes away and we were able to get to the ferry within 20 minutes. I liked that there was an outside hose to clean up with after a day at the beach too.

Our stay was from Friday June 6 to Sunday, June 8th, 2025. Travel group of 14 people. Lawrence is a Super Host that accomoadated all our needs for our stay to be pleasant. He will always be a phone call away if needed. Great in all aspect in maintaenance of the property. Care for the environment as to Energy efficient conservation. Highly reconmend this Super Host and our group was very please with the amenities and blown away with the house. Definately we will come back to this beautifual house, and highly reconmend this property to others.

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Everything was just about perfect, just like the previous time in the summer of 2023, with the exception of the failure of the water heater. Everything else was as good as advertised. We will be returning next year with our grandchildren again.

Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available when I had questions, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him as wonderful host.

This BNB went above expectations, all the extra accommodations from in person walkthrough check in, to extra amenities in the home (beach accessories, first aid kit, sunscreen, aloe, detergent, kids toys, pool access, etc.) all was appreciated and needed for a relaxing getaway. The check in process was very thorough, and made us not only feel at home but gave us the ability to function as locals at the beach and know our way around the neighborhood. Security was friendly, and attentive. House was very clean, as well as linens, beach towels, bathrooms, toiletries, etc. would definitely stay again! Walking distance from grocery, bakery, drinks, fresh food, and the kiosks. Super quiet and comfy neighborhood, Great family vacation! You can tell the property management is top level, thank you again will definitely be back again soon!

This is the best spot on the island and Bertha is the best host. We always feel so welcome and the location could not be better: literally on the water, you can walk miles of beach from the house (at low tide). You can walk to the kioskos, and you are close to El Yunque and OSJ. All your cares melt away when you are laying on the hammock listening to the waves.

Wonderful stay with an amazing view! we were able to walk 15 minutes one way to some resteraunts and 15 minutes the other to Luquillo beach that is gorgeous. had everything that we needed and more. Cant wait to return!

we loved our stay here! the highlights: 2 big bedrooms, lots of living space, & a great view for coffee each morning on the balcony! We arrived very late, but the host made sure we knew exactly where to go & what to do. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

We loved being able to walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and markets. it was a close drive to the rainforest as well. Ricardo's place was very cozy, clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Luquillo!

Beautiful beachfront property! The rooms were super clean and the balcony views were my favorite. If you’re a light sleeper just being earplugs because you’re right next to the ocean and wildlife, we loved it though. Central to the kiosks, el yunque, and not too far from the ceiba ferry. We loved it and will definitely rebook!

If you need a place for relaxation this is the location for you. The view is stunning and the beach accessibility is a first for me. Local entertainment is right down stairs and everything delicious is 2 blocks away max. They even put a nice info page right on the counter. Food. Entertainment. Taxi- everything is at your fingertips. I will be returning when staying in Luquillo

Beautiful place and exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment was super clean and everything was so well thought out and decorated. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and listening to the waves. There are a few local spots for food, but the kitchen was really well stocked and great for cooking at home. We’ll definitely book again on our next trip to PR. Thank you for hosting us!

Had a great stay here and would love to come back someday. Beautiful rooftop view. We also really enjoyed the lush tropical forest from the terrace. Super easy access to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Mary was responsive and a joy to work with. Only suggestions would be a few additions to the kitchen: larger coffee maker, a whisk, and cocktail shaker 🙂

A 10/10 and definitely would book again! Coral’s place was very clean, beautiful, and comfy. The views from the balcony was amazing and the location was spot on as well, we were close by everything. Coral’s communication was on point from the time we arrived for check in to landing back home♥️!
