A baby/ junior bed available.The open-plan living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. A satellite TV is available. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a longer as well as shorter stay: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooker with ceramic hob, convection oven, dishes, cutlery, pots, bread machine, refrigerator (without freezer), dishwasher.The bathroom is equipped with a handicapped Just shower ,wall toilet & a large washbasin. The price includes all costs, such as bed linen, towels, final cleaning.. In the outdoor area there is a seating area on the courtyard and a covered area in the garden with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. On the adjacent green area, you can enjoy the view of the countryside or sunbathe on various seating areas.

We would like to welcome you to our cozy and green apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

Hartmannsdorf offers a very good infrastructure, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, playground and outdoor swimming pool with 10 m tower are within walking distance. There is access to the A 72 and local transport.
