A baby/ junior bed available.The open-plan living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. A satellite TV is available. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a longer as well as shorter stay: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooker with ceramic hob, convection oven, dishes, cutlery, pots, bread machine, refrigerator (without freezer), dishwasher.The bathroom is equipped with a handicapped Just shower ,wall toilet & a large washbasin. The price includes all costs, such as bed linen, towels, final cleaning.. In the outdoor area there is a seating area on the courtyard and a covered area in the garden with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 motorways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city centre can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner, there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.
