The apartment was lovingly renovated and comfortably furnished.You sleep in a double bed made of solid wood. A baby/ junior bed available.The open-plan living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. A satellite TV is available. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a longer as well as shorter stay: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooker with ceramic hob, convection oven, dishes, cutlery, pots, bread machine, refrigerator (without freezer), dishwasher.The bathroom is equipped with a handicapped Just shower ,wall toilet & a large washbasin. The price includes all costs, such as bed linen, towels, final cleaning.. In the outdoor area there is a seating area on the courtyard and a covered area in the garden with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. On the adjacent green area, you can enjoy the view of the countryside or sunbathe on various seating areas.

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

You have a separate entrance (photo) in the single-family house to a 41 m² apartment with bathroom, small bedroom, hallway and spacious apartment with kitchen incl. kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Everything on one level without stairs or steps. A Kinderkraft Sofi plus baby crib and highchair are provided free of charge. The apartment is very quiet on the outskirts of Greifenhain (Saxony). A bakery is nearby. You can park for free directly on the premises.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
