In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a longer as well as shorter stay: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooker with ceramic hob, convection oven, dishes, cutlery, pots, bread machine, refrigerator (without freezer), dishwasher.The bathroom is equipped with a handicapped Just shower ,wall toilet & a large washbasin. The price includes all costs, such as bed linen, towels, final cleaning.. In the outdoor area there is a seating area on the courtyard and a covered area in the garden with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.
