In the kitchen-living room there is a sofa bed and a TV. Opposite in the kitchen is, among other things, a brand new coffee machine. Access to the beautiful large balcony is from the kitchen. In the modern bathroom there is a shower with toilet and sink and window. In the hallway there is a large mirror, a chest of drawers and storage room. In the bedroom a double bed, cabinet, wardrobe and a fold-out mattress for a 4th person. Lots of books and games for rainy days.

The apartment is located in the annex on the 2nd floor with separate entrance and large balcony overlooking the large garden and our horse meadow. The apartment offers everything to spend a few relaxing days. You will have a private bathroom and a small kitchenette. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phönixsee offers a lot of restaurants and bars.
