We offer two luxury apartments in this beautiful city. ApARTment La Concha Suite y ApARTment La Concha Studio. Around 120m2, bright, comfortable and modern. The kitchen, dining room and living room are a large space with stunning views to the sea. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and you won't miss anything. The two bedrooms are double with their respective bathrooms. The main one has a dressing room. It has an office to work, totally independent if you want to come on business. WIFI.

To get to Villa Lanperna in San Sebastián, it takes approximately 30 minutes (25 km) from San Sebastián Airport (EAS), about 1 hour (100 km) from Bilbao Airport (BIO), less than 10 minutes (3 km) from La Concha Beach. By booking two houses, up to 14 people can be accommodated (7 bedrooms).

Spacious house with garden, 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Very well placed to visit the Basque Country. Just 1 minute from the motorway connecting to Donostia-San Sebastian (20 minutes), Biarritz (30 minutes), Bilbao and Guggenheim (1h15min), and the whole Basque coast. Being well connected means that there may be some traffic (not the highway) outside of the house, with some noise during peak hours. It is within a 5-minute walk from the Spanish border and its shops. Enjoy our home!

The "Le coeur de XANET" tree house, a unique, artisanal, fully insulated design, made by a local carpenter. We designed this property to offer you a break, a moment out of time. The wood offers all the exoticism you need. You will find all the comforts you want, in a "cabin spirit". Lots of light thanks to its many openings, facing the forest and the orchard. Located specifically in the Gipuzkoan town of the Ergoyen neighborhood, not far from San Sebastián (15Km), at the foot of the Aiako Harria Natural Park and on the banks of the Oiartzun River. The location allows you to visit the surrounding coastal villages, hike, and run along the 20Km Arditurri route that passes by the house.
