Holiday rentals with beach access in Lukoran

Bruno & Diana were great hosts! They were flexible on our check-in time and made the whole process very easy, even giving us local recommendations! The aparment is located in Old Town Zadar with lots of restaurants and things to see! We loved our stay in Zadar and I would highly recommend this apartment if you want to stay in a great location that is walking distance to everything you need!

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! Everything you need is nearby: sea with pebble beach, shopping and on foot you only need 30 minutes to the old town. Petar was very easy and quick to reach for local tips and information. The furnishings in the accommodation are limited to the bare essentials. You should therefore not plan to cook extravagant food. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the place.

Petra’s place was perfect for our stay ! The view is amazing and Kali was really quiet and beautiful ! Her husband gave us really good recommendations of restaurants. They were both really kind and helpful, our stay was perfect

We loved our stay with Elza in Zadar. We were there 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Elza could not have been more helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and is set in a beautiful yard with olive tree and lime trees. There is a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. Easy to get to the old town of Zadar.

Perfect calm accomodation with a little walk to Zadar old town. We were surprised to find a little snack and drink when we arrived that made us have the perfect last night of our roadtrip. Thanks to Josipa and Gino and their warm welcome and goodbyes when we left!

We chose this apartment as it was close to the old town and the marina. It was perfect. Easy to find (with the hosts help!) and really well situated for anyone visiting Zadar.

Best of Our experience on airbnb. To say that Tomislav is a good host is like saying nothing! Tomislav is always there to help, to meet all expectations of guests, and even exceeds them. We arrived to the apartment very late with a small child, Tomislav himself offered us a ride from the airport and even to our surprise, he "filled" the refrigerator in the apartment. He was always close when we needed it, helped my husband rent a car, he offered rakija, homemade oil, gave tips, extended the checkout time, and above all, devoted his private time to make our stay even better. The apartment itself is located in a quiet area overlooking the sea. Everything is new, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. An additional advantage is the great terrace with a breakfast table, rest and even sun loungers. It is worth adding that on the ground floor of the building you can use the washing machine for free, which is a really big amenity for families with children. We will definitely be back

We spent 6 nights here and they where lovely. wonderful bathroom and shower. kitchen was perfect for what we wanted and bed was comfy with extra bedding and pillows as needed. It feels very safe right next to the hosts home. There's access to a beautiful garden and walk able to a lovely beach. Danijela is a wonderful host, very attentive.

We had a fabulous week at Antonijas place. So easy with a pick up and drop off to the airport as we didn't have a car. Bus to Zadar just a short walk away. The accommodation is gorgeous, super clean, spacious and so peaceful - loved the stone walls! Everything was great. Sukosan is peaceful and very clean with a couple of little supermarkets to get stuff you need, and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Thank you Antonija and family - highly recommended!

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

I really liked the accommodation! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness, coziness, and the terrace where you can just drink coffee, or wrap around. Benjamin was very welcoming to us, answered all our questions and was always happy to help. The apartment has everything you need for life. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quiet and just relax. The place is close to the sea, and the beach, close to the center, we were in a car, so it was easier for us, but also walking to the old town is about 15-20 minutes, which is not long There are shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a very nice sea view. I am very glad that we got into this apartment, because it is for sure the best option for exploring the city and Croatia in general

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Communication with Sandra was perfect, within minutes. The host couple was very friendly. The apartment was cozy, clean and the balcony was equipped with a table and 2 chairs. Fast WiFi and storage for our rented bikes was also available. Bakeries and supermarkets were in the immediate vicinity. The beach was within walking distance as well as a nice cafe, where the sunset could be celebrated. We really enjoyed the 2 weeks.

We felt absolutely comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. The accommodation is very modern and thoughtfully furnished. The view and the brightness of the rooms were wonderful. Our daughter was even allowed to jump on the trampoline. Thank you! 🌷

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

An apartment in all respects Compliant with what the listing stipulates, very clean, very practical with a nice terrace, and great services. The sea is 3 minutes away, the beach 5, the little cafe overlooking it is absolutely perfect. Afterwards, you have to be aware that the apartment is a bit out of the old town, and to get there you will have to count at least 1 half-hour walk, unless you take the boatmen who have been operating since the 14th century from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. It was the very friendly owner who gave us the tip!

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!
