Our guest house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Forest near Oberhof and Rennsteig (about 3 km), directly on the idyllic Lütsche reservoir, an approx. 14-hectare swimming lake. Right behind the house at the edge of the forest, you can relax wonderfully at the private barbecue area, and in summer the lake in front of the front door offers refreshing cooling with excellent water quality. Guest cards are also offered for anglers. The house is the perfect starting point for hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing tours.

The fully equipped "Kontor" apartment - on the upper floor with 74 m² for 4 people is located at an altitude of 440 m on the southern slope of the Thuringian Forest in the winter sports and vacation region of Oberhof. Enjoy pure nature and reach Oberhof's leisure and winter sports facilities in no time.

Hello, the apartment is located in a place on the north side of the Thuringian Forest. It is ideal for cyclists, hikers and skiers. We have a year-round ski hall for cross-country skiers and those who want to become one, not far from the apartment in the beautiful Oberhof. The apartment is new and modernly furnished. A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests. It has a garage and a seating area on the terrace for cozy sitting in the evening.
