Our typical cabin house is a must for spending a holiday on the bay, the place is a heavenly cocooning where every detail has been thought of so that you can relax and escape, a tropical and Mediterranean garden surrounds every corner of the house, it is located in the countryside of the Val de l'Eyre near Arcachon and Pyla 5 km from the bay and 25 from the ocean, no neighbours, no noise. Surveillance cameras are present in the car park at the entrance of the house

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and plenty of storage.

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
