Écogîte Lalalandes Aveyron

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

The gîte, air-conditioned and equipped with fiber optics and a TV decoder, offers on the ground floor a living room with a living room, dining area and reading area, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. In the attic, a large bedroom and a mezzanine bedroom. In the basement, a large laundry area with washing machine. Outside, a courtyard, a carport, a covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and a large wooded park.
