Dans une maison du XIXe et son parc de 5000m2, rénovée en 2020, profitez d un logement indépendant de 90m2 dans une aile de la maison, avec sa cuisine, sa salle de bain, une chambre parentale de 15m2 avec lit double, une chambre de 11m2 pour enfants avec 2 lits simple (transformable en lit à 180), de son salon de 30m2, et d'une terrasse privée. Independent studio located in our house, close to the center and available from Sunday evening to Friday morning, ideal for work-study student or worker on the move. This 15 m2 studio, completely renovated is perfectly equipped with a new 140 cm bed, open bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen area. You will love our place because of its comfortable bed and independence. /!\ STRICTLY non-smoking accommodation, no smoking allowed in front of the house.

Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne. On site you will find brochures of tours to do near us. Small house completely renovated in 2019. Rental for 2 to 4 people (with a charge of €10 per additional person)

Accommodations

Studio with a very nice view of the Dordogne River. Located 6 kilometers from Saint Emilion and 30 minutes from Bordeaux and the gates of Purple Périgord, it is also on the "La Standiberique" cycling route. The 25 m2 Studio is comfortable with equipped kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. It is accessible by direct access from the garage for bike and car.
