The apartment is furnished with love and offers you the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you still need fast internet, it is available to you free of charge. The cozy double bed has a seat height of a pleasant 55cm. The mattresses have a width and length of 100x200 each. Two different mattress hardness levels give you the choice of how you want to sleep. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare yourself for relaxing days. Even on vacation you can cook, bake or grill something wonderful on the Weber Plancha. Eggs from our own chickens are available to you every day. Upon request and if there is free space, booking massages and cranio-sacral treatments is possible for stays of at least 3 nights and weekend visits. If you are interested, please inquire separately - the costs of this treatment must be paid separately! They are NOT integrated into the overnight stay!

The apartment is located in the climatic spa resort of Kiefersfelden, which lies at the foot of the Kaisergebirge mountains. The accommodation is located in an apartment building in a quiet location right by the Kieferbach and is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Hechtsee, a large swimming lake. It is the ideal starting point for hiking, biking, swimming, skiing and much more. The 3-room apartment has a large west-facing balcony with mountain views, which invites you to relax. There is also an underground car park and bicycle parking available

There are plenty of attractions and leisure activities nearby, including a waterskiing facility, a summer toboggan run, horse-riding stables, and more. In the town, there is a ski resort and a winter toboggan run with floodlit facilities. The house is located just under half an hour from one of Austria's largest ski resorts, 'Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser'.
