Cozy cottage located in Rämsbyn, between Borlänge and Ludvika. The cottage is located in a quiet cottage area by Lake Rämen. 20 minutes' drive from Borlänge and Ludvika. Close to the lake, nice swimming areas, forest and land, hiking trails, cross-country ski trails and other adventurous attractions as well as Romme Alpin. Popular fishing lake with several places where you can dock a boat. Child-friendly area with playground and shallow sandy beaches. The cottage is located about 100 meters from the water with lake views.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Proximity to the ski slope and high position overlooking Yxsjön! Here is the swimming area with jetty just in front of the house. And ski tracks/exercise tracks just around the corner. About 40 minutes drive to Säfsen, about 1 hour drive to Romme Alpin and 20 minutes to Fjällberget. Close to skating, several cross-country skiing facilities and 25-30 minutes from Romme Alpin, a very good slalom facility. Central and close to everything! 500 meters to swimming area/ice rink in winter The forest around the house and about 1 km to the city center where there are train connections. Quiet area and good neighbors. There's space for 2 cars in the driveway and one in the carport.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay next to Lake Rämen. Close to Gyllbergen nature reserve with hiking trails and a convenient distance to Romme Alpin. In the area, there are nice nature trails and a swimming area. The cottage has access to its own rowing boat and sauna. Two bedrooms, one has a 180 cm wide double bed (2 x 90) with full bed mattress and the other has a bunk bed where the upper bed is 80 cm wide and the lower bed is 120 cm wide, which makes it possible for two people to sleep there.

Det finns en lillstuga under sommartid med 2 bäddar som kan hyras mot en avgift på 350 kr/dygn. Städning mot avgift. Sängkläder/handdukar mot avgift. Stugan har stor veranda med fantastisk sjöutsikt.
