We were on site with changing staff during the Ruhrfestspiele. Everything went smoothly and to our satisfaction. Apartment & communication great! We'll be happy to come back next time.

The host was attentive to our questions and any issues that came up were quickly dealt with. The bedrooms were in the attic space, separate from the main level kitchen and living room area. We had pleasant weather and so the temperature in the rooms remained comfortable, but in a heatwave it would be different. The apartment kitchen had the basic equipment. Coffee machine with coffee available. Quiet apartment in a quiet neighborhood with parking on site. Groceries store two minutes walk. Walk to center town would be 20-25 minutes.

Kirsten's summer house is an exceptionally beautiful and special accommodation! The lovingly & tastefully furnished house, the wonderful garden with its flowers & its chilled outdoor spaces as well as the wonderful location of the accommodation in the beautiful Baumberger holiday park - with a lot of privacy - leave nothing to be desired! Everything your heart desires is available in the accommodation - you arrive and are immediately on holiday! Kirsten is a great & very attentive hostess, who you can tell is passionate about what she does and does everything to give her guests an unforgettable, carefree & relaxing stay. What a wonderful place! What an extraordinary oasis of time out! Many thanks for EVERYTHING!

Great location in the centre of Hiltrup. The host, Andy, was very welcoming. The apartment ticked all the boxes. It was very comfortable and stylish. It was very clean. I would definitely book this apartment again when my wife and I visit my Munster based family in the future.

It was a lovely stay. The house was spacious, clean and the beds were (too) comfortable. The garden is to fall in love with. Enjoy the birds, squirrels and other animals we have seen. The only pity was the weather, but despite that it was fantastic. We will definitely come back when the sun is shining. Marcus is particularly helpful and the communication is very friendly. Super nice property and a very sweet apartment - really a magical place! A little tip: the last staircase is quite steep, I always thought carefully about what I was carrying up there, because everything has to come down again 😉 Top communication with Anne, the bed was comfortable and you will (for lack of blackout option). I liked it. I'd love to do it again!

Stephanie's accommodation was great, everything you need was there. Everything was very clean and tidy, communication was quick and easy. We were able to take our baby with us at no extra cost. For us, the location was optimal because it was close to the location for the wedding, which is why we were in Hamm. The area is generally rather quiet and somewhat rural. We would recommend the accommodation to everyone ☺️

The apartment is very centrally located near the busy Rüttenscheider Straße, but since the apartment is located at the back in the green courtyard, you will hardly notice the city noise. Everything was super clean and stylish, the bed was totally comfortable and even in the mini kitchen there was everything necessary plus some basic food. Highly recommended for a few days alone or as a couple. Thank you

We were warmly received in person and the accommodation was personally presented, so that no questions remained unanswered. The accommodation is very lovingly decorated and we felt very comfortable. Nothing is missing. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Several pillows are available for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also well equipped. The accommodation is beautifully quiet and yet very central. Simply perfect for a nice stay in Dortmund. Thank you very much.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is absolutely charming, peaceful, and very comfortable — we enjoyed every moment and felt completely relaxed. It’s incredibly quiet, with no noise at all, and the neighbors were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The host was very responsive and quickly provided anything we asked for. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully organized, and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen — fully equipped and very clean. The garden is stunning, and the view is just amazing — perfect for anyone looking to unwind and disconnect. We also really appreciated the unique antique-style furniture; it gave the apartment a lovely, cozy feel. The only thing to note is that it’s a bit far from the city center if you're relying on public transport, so it’s more ideal for those with a car. Overall, there’s honestly nothing negative to say — we loved our stay and would definitely come back again!
