On 30 square meters you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a rain shower and an open living area with a kitchen. From the terrace and through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can look far across the field and watch deer, hares and storks. The fireplace creates atmosphere on cold days, the infrared heating provides comfort. Great for slowing down.

The luxuriously equipped holiday home (160 m²) is located directly on the Elbe-Lübeck Canal with a view of the Elbe. Directly at the house is a swimming facility or at the sandy beaches on the Elbe within walking distance. There is a very good public transport connection to Hamburg, Lüneburg and Lübeck. Boat trips are also offered. Restaurants, shops and doctors are in town. Whether cyclists, anglers or sun worshipers, there is something for everyone at this location. There is a stork's nest in the immediate vicinity. The Elbe dike and the Elbe cycle path are 200 m away, and two bicycles are available free of charge.

The 1-room basement apartment (45 sqm) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city centre by car in just 10 minutes. Bus route 5005 departs practically from right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linen, a TV and Wi-Fi. Infants are not permitted due to safety conditions.
