It has lots of amenities, 2 local shops (5mins from the Cottage), 2 great pub/restaurants. Near to Louth (Cadwell), a traditional market town, and Cleethorpes a seaside resort. The beautiful Wolds can be seen from the bedroom window and offers many scenic walks. In winter months visit Donna Nook to see seals and pups.

The Cottage has its own private outdoor seating & dining area, with access to a hot/cold dog wash tap. Located up a short flight of stairs, you will be welcomed with a stunning one bed, with dressing room, a sofa bed in the lounge area, shower room, fully fitted kitchen and dining area and underfloor heating throughout.
