This BnB is about as close as you can stay to Skojcan caves, which was very useful. Restaurant on site is good if you didn’t eat before arrival. Room was warm and comfortable. Lots of cats hanging around, and a cute dog too!

Wonderful stay in the fabulous hospitality of Stjepan and David. As a solo female traveller it was the perfect spot. Secure parking, private location but easy access for the city, a lovely and stylish home-from-home, a spotless and thoughtfully prepared ensuite room, and an amazing spread for breakfast. But most of all the genuine warmth and hospitality of both Stjepan and David (and Igor). They really go to great lengths to make sure their guests are comfortable and see as much of possible of the beautiful Trieste region. I received great recommendations of things to see and do. I will remember my stay for a long time and I can highly recommend it to any traveller..

Wir haben eine Nacht beim Andrea verbracht und waren mit allem rundum zufrieden. Die Freundlichkeit und Bemühungen des Gastgebers waren faszinierend, wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Das Frühstück war auch einwandfrei, reichlich, jeder findet das Essen oder Getränk, das er mag. Das Zimmer selbst und das Badezimmer waren schön eingerichtet, modern, geräumig und schön sauber. Logement proche de la grotte de Postijna. Accueil super!et le service également , restaurant très bon et bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner était très bon également avec du choix et service toujours aussi bien qu’au restaurant, Nous n’ y avons passé qu’une nuit sur la route direction la Croatie et c’est très proche de l’autoroute donc très facile d’accès. Des petits biscuits délicieux nous attendez dans la chambre et vous avez un frigo commun pour y entreposer ce que vous souhaitez dans une pièce commune avec table et bouilloire. L’extérieur est très bien aménagé avec des trampolines, balançoires terrain de foot etc. Ce lieu enchantera vos enfants avec des poneys et autres animaux.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Barbara! Den schönsten Blick, das leckerste Frühstück, den liebevollsten Umgang mit unserer Hündin und die tollsten Empfehlungen für die Gehend - das bekommt man bei Barbara. Wir waren wirklich rundum zu Frieden und können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen. Der Pool war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Das Essen war stets von bester Qualität und wir hatten einfach eine unglaublich tolle Zeit!

Ci siamo trovati a nostro agio a casa di Tiziana, sempre gentile ed ospitale. La casa è stupenda e molto accogliente, speriamo di tornare presto.

We had a wonderful time at Lorena's house which we found very interesting and nicely furnished! We immediately connected with her as we figured that we have similar taste in design :) The location was wonderful and the terrace offered a great scenic view of Trieste and the see. Lorena was very helpful with giving us the information we needed and made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We definitely want to come again and would recommend her home to others.

Very clean and comfortable room in a quiet village house. If you want to be close and accessible to Trieste but love the quiet of the country at night it is perfect. 15-20 minutes into the city by car. You're right on the trails of the scenic national park, Val Rosandra. You can start your day with a hike on the trails of the national park and be in the city for lunch and to see the sights. There are local places to eat in the village. Quick access to the highways so easy to get around the region.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm. Breda and her family were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We did not bring a car, which we would highly recommend others to do as it is distant from restaurants, supermarkets and most sights😊 However, we still had a lovely stay with help from Breda and her family. The area is beautiful and very local. Walking and biking was a pleasure around the vineyards and in the forest. Every morning the hosts prepared a lovely homemade breakfast. And finally, their wine is amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Smještaj je bio odličan. Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno i susretljivo. Pozicija pansiona je odlična tako da smo uživali u miru i ljepoti kraja. Brzo se stiže do svih lijepih i važnih lokacija. Doručak je bio fantastičan, kao i vino i plata koju smo kušali na večer. Naša mala djeca su uživala. Oduševio nas je stilski namještaj u hodnicima kao i uređenje sobe i kupaonice. Šteta što smo predvidjeli samo jedno noćenje. Svima ćemo preporučiti ovaj smještaj.

Consigliatissimo, ti senti come a casa tua! Casa estremamente pulita, ordinata, accogliente e host sempre disponibile parcheggio facilissimo, panorama mozzafiato. Ripeto, davvero consigliato! Grazie ancora da Francesca e Roberto

Que dire… à part que ce lieu est fabuleux. A la fois à l’écart et en même temps proche de nombreuses villes comme Piran, Izola, Trieste, Pula,… L’endroit est un havre de paix, de calme et de détente : une super piscine, un frigo remplit de boissons, des transats..même la possibilité de bénéficier d’un massage! Le petit déjeuner est rempli de produits frais et locaux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et modernes. Et surtout nos hôtes sont d’une grande gentillesse : toujours là pour de bons conseils et en même temps d’une grande discrétion. Bref, difficile de faire mieux que ce petit paradis.

Ottima esperienza, super consigliato! Casa nuova, molto rifornita, qualche mobile andrebbe montato meglio, ma in generale ottimo. Bagno perfetto e spazio comune top per fare colazione o eventualmente anche un pranzo o una cena. Noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di non avere altri ospiti nell'altra stanza, per cui avendo tutta la casa per noi, non posso che non dare un 10 su 10, anche perché l'idromassaggio in camera è veramente una chicca! Nonostante la posizione non sia centrale, è comoda per trovare parcheggio più facilmente e per visitare la città a piedi fattibilissimo con una passeggiata. Top!

The room was right in the centre of Piran, so a great location. Breakfast was included and superb. The hosts were friendly and informative, explaining how they source their delicious food and helping with directions onward for us as cyclists. Know, though, that Piran is a convoluted maze, finding the guesthouse and restaurant can be a challenge, so plan well before arrival.

This is a really special place. Peaceful. Beautiful. Amazing views. The people who run this place are just absolutely lovely. They gave us a welcome drink on arrival during a busy Sunday meal service, they arranged for vegetarian versions of the delicious food on the menu. The view from the main bedroom is stunning! The breakfast was extensive and delicious with fresh eggs and coffee made to order. We absolutely loved our time here and really recommend it.

Alfea und Gabriele haben hier einen wunderbaren Ort geschaffen und bis ins Detail liebevoll gestaltet. Sie sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber mit denen man sich gerne unterhält. Trotzdem spürt man das Bemühen dem Gast seine Privatsphäre zu lassen. Das Zimmer und die Terasse sind sehr hübsch und der gut gepflegte Pool bietet eine erfrischende Abkühlung nach Ausflügen. Der Garten ist wunderschön, mit Duftrosen und anderen herrlichen Blumen. Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, Vielen Dank Alfea und Gabriele!

Tutto come descritto, possibilità di avere rimessaggio bici custodito e sempre accessibile. Cura nei particolari dell'arredamento e nell'accoglienza. Kit per prima colazione molto gradito e compreso nel prezzo, così come la possibilità di farsi in caffè. Non c'è la TV, per fortuna...
