Holiday rentals with beach access in Lucija

Definitely loved the walk ability from Alenka’s place! Penthouse balcony was amazing to enjoy. Great views! Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Very responsive to our questions. A little challenge was 3 flights steps with our large heavy suitcases. She was very helpful with offering to book electric shuttle back to the parking garage. (If arriving by car - a better idea is to park at the garage, ask Alenka to order the shuttle that can carry luggage and passengers and be dropped off close to the apartment.)

Very warm welcome from Evgenija. The accommodation is very clean, pleasant, at the top of a small hill for athletes. Evgenija is a caring hostess who put us at ease right away. She is very responsive to questions that can be asked. Good geographical location to visit the Slovenian Adriatic coast. Book without hesitation.

An incredibly beautiful and clean accommodation with a fantastic balcony. Assistance with the boiler for hot water was provided after only 5 minutes. We will be back!

The apartment is great and fully equipped. The view from the terrace is beautiful. I would rebook the place in an instant. Only draw back is that you have to walk up a very steep hill to get to the apartment from the promenade. We managed but may be difficult for some ppl. If you have a car it’s not a problem at all. The location is perfect.

Sandro and Kristina welcomed us very well. Accommodation was very clean/as in the photos and in a good location. The beach was about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back:)

The location of this place is really wonderful: a wonderful view of the sea and the old town of Piran. In no time you are at the harbor, a bakery and a market are also not far away even if you have to put a few meters of altitude behind you. But the view makes up for it! The communication with Ana's father was extremely pleasant! Very helpful and completely straightforward! We will be happy to come back...

We stayed in a really cozy house. Well-organised and very clean spaces. The garden was our favourite corner: spacious, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant holiday. A stay that we gladly recommend, and that we will remember with pleasure!

We had a lovely time! The apartment is small but has everything you might need. Only two things missing - exhaust fan for the stove and drying rack. The area is very pretty and beaches are walkable. Huge plus is the free gated parking. One thing that surprised us overall in slovenia are the beaches - almost all concrete, very busy and very few “beautifully scenic” ones.

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for travelling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away. A minimarket, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully decorated, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

Very good location, centrally located in Barcola, but quiet. Great ambience, beautiful rooms. And René was an excellent host, very accommodating, always available, informative, very friendly, thank you very much. Without a doubt, I would book again immediately if I were in Trieste. We had a lovely stay. Ondina is very accommodating. The sea can be reached in less than 5 minutes. We highly recommend it!

We - a family of 5 with kids aged 10, 7, 5 - stayed at the house for a week in August. The house is situated in an incredibly beautiful spot overlooking the Bay of Trieste near Piran. The surroundings were great for us: A private walking/climbing path allowed us to reach the rocky beach in 5 minutes; the garden is great for relaxing (as long as the mosquitos were asleep...); and beautiful Piran is just 10...15 minutes away on foot. The house has all needed amenities and a nice mediterranean ambience. Out host Baca provided us with all needed information and hints and always responded quickly. Thank you for making this stay possible!

This home and the location are truly exceptional and Spela is a 5-star host! We had a perfect week at Villa Kolomban and Spela was an exceptional host the entire time. We arrived as strangers from the United States and left feeling like family. Lots to do in the area, but we also enjoyed just chilling in the yard on the lounge chairs and taking in the amazing views of the Adriatic coast. I would highly recommend this property for vacation and we certainly hope to return someday soon!

Apartment is nice, cosy and spacious. It has proper heating for winter months. Location is perfect for exploring Buzet area. Got a nice present from Nevia.

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Christina’s place was absolutely amazing. It is been one of our favorite places we have stayed at, beautiful. Christina was very helpful with any and all questions. Thanks so much, we love Trieste and Christina help make it great.

Sandro offers a great place to have a wonderful time. The views from the charming terrace improve the humor , the clean , well-equipped apartment will give you the comfort of existence. If you like walking, you can get dizzy from your choice : Izola by the promenade by the sea , Koper by a public "park" all the way to the Old Town, the old town... Even the harbor in the background adds the atmosphere... Great place . Sandro is a lucky guy... Living in a place like this... That's why he's such a nice guy....

Sandi is a great host of great kindness. We loved the very clean house, with a nice terrace and beautiful views. Very nice environment. We are delighted with our stay at Sandi's. There is a place to park the car.

The room was clean and nice. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants. The only thing what could make the appartement better is if there could better curtains, because we woke up very early due to the light. Andrej is a great and welcoming host. He gave very clear instructions and also had great recommendations.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming people, the place was exactly as they described it, and it was very clean. They even wrote us what to do in the area. Beautiful home, I just regret being there for such a short time. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

We travel a lot and this place was one of the best we've ever rented! The hosts were always available immediately. Unfortunately, we had to stop the holiday due to an illness, but we will be back!

It is newly refurbished, spotless, with all the necessary amenities, and just about the right size for a couple. The place is very easy to find, and there is a beautiful view just a few steps from the main door. There are lots of fantastic restaurants, a market with fresh produce, and lots of other interesting places within walking distance. Dezi was super helpful and very friendly. Great for a relaxing vacation, if you are planning to work, there is a high table with bar chairs which might not be ideal for long work sessions, and the WIFI connection is poor, so have a reliable connection with you. Wonderful place and host, highly recommend!
