The supermarket, coffee/ ice cream shop is 50 steps from the building. The nearest beach of Lucija town is 5 m away. The Portorož beach is 10 min walk from the apartment. The apartment is located on the top 5th floor of a municipal building with a nice view. The building has no elevator. Private parking box available.
