Holiday rentals with beach access in Lucija

Alenka’s apartment was amazing - great location and a perfect apartment for our family to relax in and also go out and about into Piran. Alenka was a fantastic host and gave us loads of advice on parking/ transport/ restaurants etc. we loved this place and we will be visiting again in the future. Thanks Alenka!

Stella est une hôte ultra sympathique et très consciencieuse. Elle était très réactive et aux petits soins. Elle a été très arrangeante avec nous et nous a permi de stocker nos bagages dans l’appartement après notre séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé : à 5mn à pied d’absolument tout ! —> lavomatik, grande place, église, restaurants, plages… Il contient tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et faire le ménage. Le seul point en moins : les lits qui n’étaient pas très confortables. Merci encore à Stella qui nous a fait passer un très bon séjour ❤️☺️

Emil’s place is less than a 10 minute walk up the hill from the beach resort hotels. It is surrounded by garden and is quiet. The apartment has a full kitchen and bath. The only drawback is the internet is weak resulting in buffering; and I needed to go up to the floor above to make phone calls. The place is spotless inside and out.

Tout était parfait, Eva est une personne qui communique très facilement! Le logement est impeccable, propre et charmant. Effectivement Piran est une ville piétonne donc prévoyez un petit budget parking mais la ville est magnifique, cela en vaut largement la peine. 10/10

Csendes helyen, kellemes szállás. Gyalog távolság a part. Csendes klímával, jó pihenés.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage, ruhig und zugleich zentral, sodass man alles bequem erreichen kann. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der private Strand mit eigenen Liegen und sogar einem Kanu, das den Gästen zur freien Verfügung steht – so etwas findet man in Italien nur selten! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Gastgeber – er war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit, egal mit welchem Anliegen wir uns an ihn gewandt haben. Man fühlt sich hier einfach rundum wohl. Wir können diese Unterkunft und den Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr saubere und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung. Zu Fuss kommt man in gut 15 Minuten in den Hafen oder in 10 in die schöne Altstadt. Wenn man sich den An/- und Abstieg sparen will (ist steil!) kann man auch mit dem Fahrrad über den nahegelegenen Campingplatz fahren und ist dann quasi fast eben an der Promenade. Wohnung liegt an der Durchgangsstrasse, Fenster machen aber sehr gut dicht. war insgesamt perfekt für uns (2 Nächte) kommen gerne wieder.

The view from the apartment is truly amazing. Everything you need is around and for us it was the perfect spot to explore Piran and the surrounding area. Olga was very nice and friendly and set everything up perfectly and we had a wonderful and relaxed time.

Everything was perfect, the main reason for the trip as a bike racing in Umag so it was a perfect combination of not so distant from umag and much more peaceful. Darko wife made fantastic pancakes for us and was always checking if we have everything that we needed. The apartment is very close to the beach and the region it self is beautiful.

Wunderschönes Haus mit moderner Ausstattung. Alles war blitzeblank. Und in jeden Raum war eine Klimaanlage.

Merci à Anna pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité dans tous les échanges qu’on a eu! La maison est très jolie, avec tout le confort souhaitable et proche des plages de Savudrija. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Nous recommandons fortement !!

La maison est très belle, avec une belle vue sur la mer. Andreja est très réactive et de bons conseils.

Wir hatten wunderbare 3 Wochen bei Dennis (und Nino). Die Unterkunft ist genauso wunderbar wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wirklich super für Zwei. Unser Highlight war allerdings der Außenbereich mit der Außenküche, Pool und Whirlpool. Man hat zu jeder Tageszeit die Möglichkeit auf Sonne (oder Schatten) und ausreichende Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten. Dennis war immer schnell erreichbar (auch als wir uns einmal ausgeschlossen hatten), sehr aufmerksam und gleichzeitig aber auch zurückhaltend und sehr darauf bedacht, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir gleich mit selbstgebrannten Grappa (der Beste den wir im ganzen Urlaub getrunken haben) begrüßt, ebenso mit einer Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank und eigenem Olivenöl. Der Strand und der Hafen sind fußläufig erreichbar, schöne Umgebung mit netten Restaurants und Bars. Wir hatten (trotz einigen Regentagen) eine wunderbare Zeit und können die Unterkunft wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Barbara und Vlado waren supernette und freundliche Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war für und, Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern, mehr als perfekt. Spielmöglichkeiten und ein pool, sehr ruhig und privat gelegen. Das ganze haus hat alles was man zum leben braucht und ist mit liebe zum detail eingerichtet. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu unternehmen, auto ist allerdings ein muss. Sehr schöne Strände in Rabac und die Altstadt Labin sind sehr schnell erreicht. Alles in allen war es ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub in einem schönen modernen dalmatinischen Steinhaus. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Ondina ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Meer ist in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Het huis van Baça is waarschijnlijk de beste plek die je kunt vinden als je in Piran wilt verblijven. Het huis is werkelijk prachtig gelegen op de heuvel van Fiesa, het uitzicht is onbetaalbaar en verveelt nooit. De tuin is groot en heel mooi aangelegd, met verschillende zitjes en een privépad naar het strand. Ook is het een groot voordeel dat je je auto voor de deur kunt parkeren. Het huis zelf is eenvoudig, maar schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Binnen 15 minuten ben je lopend langs een mooi pad in het centrum van Piran, maar ook Portoroz is op loopafstand. We hebben Baça zelf niet ontmoet, maar de communicatie was vlekkeloos. We hebben genoten van onze week in Piran en komen graag terug!

Siamo stati ospiti di Boris 3 giorni; la sua casa è davvero molto graziosa e allegra, accessoriata con quello che serve, piena di luce e con una finestra sul mare meravigliosa! La posizione è molto comoda, mercato per la spesa praticamente sotto casa, ristoranti e vari negozi nei dintorni. Boris è stato un host molto gentile! Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Susanna è una super host, davvero molto gentile, carina e attenta alle nostre esigenze e del nostro cagnolino. La mansarda è super silenziosa e la terrazza è fantastica. Super raccomandata! La casa ha anche un parcheggio privat super comodo. Ci ritorneremo! grazie mille

Everything was fine. The appartment was clean and big enough. The location was great and directly next to the sea. Thx to Andrej for the proactive messaging and for his recommendations. It was overall a pleasent stay.

Sandro oferuje świetne miejsce do cudownego spędzania czasu. Widoki z uroczego tarasu poprawiają humor , czyściutki , dobrze wyposażony apartament doje komfort egzystencji. Jak lubisz spacery to możesz dostać zawrotu głowy od wyboru : Izola promenadką nad morzem , Koper publicznym "parkiem" aż po Stare Miasto, starówka... Nawet port w tle dodaje klimatu... Świetne miejsce . Sandro to szczęściarz... Żyć w takim miejscu ... Dlatego to taki sympatyczny facet....

Tolle & vorallem sehr saubere Unterkunft. Das Meer und Restaurants waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz vorhanden, finde ich wichtig wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei & es war kein Problem, im Gegenteil Danilo war sehr freundlich. Auch Triest für einen Tagesausflug ist schnell zu erreichen. Würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa di Diana. Casa molto confortevole, molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario; situata in una bellissima area molto tranquilla di fronte al porto. Posto auto comodissimo. Host perfetto che ha sempre risposto velocemente e precisamente alle nostre richieste. Soggiorno davvero molto piacevole, ci siamo trovati come a casa. Sicuramente torneremo! Despite the apartment is located in the city center, it provides pleasant tranquility and privacy from the noisy streets. In turn, Dezi, the host, is a very friendly person with a proactive approach.
