Beachfront holiday rental in Lucerne

We very much enjoyed our 4-day stay in Rob's charming and spacious chalet in Vex. Everything went smoothly. Self-check in was straight-forward (lockbox), the chalet was super clean, the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the views of the snow-capped mountains in the distance from two sides of the chalet, and the wild flowers in the surrounding meadows. Ines, the manager of the Chalet, was very helpful and responsive. We hope to be back one day. Thank you Rob & Ines!

We had such a great time at the apartment. It was very well furnished with a pool table, darts, foosball, a trampoline, and also many toys and items for younger children’s if needed. The kitchen had all the dishes, silverware, cutlery, and items needed to cook at home if desired. The village was small, quiet, and very relaxing. There is a nice restaurant we tried on the lake front that was very good within walking distance. The lake is very close by, and we enjoyed walking the trails and paths in the area. I would highly recommend for your next stay.

We had a wonderful short break at Michael's accommodation. From the terrace, you have a fantastic view of the Osorno Valley. I'm sure we'll be back.

Amazing views, nice apartment, close to the town. About 30 min drive to Lucerne. Would stay here again.

Simone and Pete were fantastic hosts. We loved the location and beautiful surroundings. The size of the place was great, nearby parking was easy and affordable, and being on the lake with easy ability to day trip nearby was a big plus!

Enea's apartment is as described and photographed. Clean, close to bus, train, and supermarket. The accommodation is also clean and functional.

Beautiful view,I would recommend this place for medium term stays. Maybe even longer in case you don't mind you will not have a kitchen,just a microwave. Overall the room is pretty big and location is within short walk to lake. It was possible to park in front of the place which was super convenient.

The chalet is gorgeous, jeffrey really nice and offered lots of baby stuff. There are lots of stairs and doors that don't close properly - so you need to make sure to make it baby proof. Would have loved a later checkout around 11 or 12 (9AM is brutally early) - especially since no cleaning crew had arrived by 11 (which es when we left the premises). Otherwise, pool is awesome (and baby/child proof), super close to the lake and any hiking destinations. Beds were comfy. All good - we talked about coming back next year :) loved the view, the place and the vibe <3

Great place in a stunning location

Had a wonderful time at the BnB, the place is beautifully located with fabulous surroundings. Lukas and Isabel were very responsive and cleared out a couple of questions we had very quickly. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear the process was smooth. Would highly recommend the place and will book again whenever we visit next. Thank you!

Place is very easy to find. Very quiet and beautiful area. Patrick as host is very helpful and has very good insights. Place is super nice. Good location and easy access to public transportation.

Nicolás and Kristy’s place is in such a beautiful spot, we ran into some trouble with renovations going on in the area and they were very helpful with our concerns. It was out of their hands and they still helped us out! Recommend a trip down to the little restaurant down by the river as well!! A great stay

The apartment is a mezzanine. The location with lake view is incredibly beautiful and quiet. The lake hotel next door offers SPA and fine food. Bed and pillows are very cozy. I always slept well. There is practically nothing missing in the kitchen, you can cook well if you want. So completely happy and would rent the apartment again at any time. Final word for Christina, she is very friendly, accommodating and always on hand if help needed. Thank you for everything Christinas

The accommodation is great if you are cycling along the Rhine or Lake Constance. It was very well maintained and clean and it had everything you need for cooking. When the salt ran out, Nancy helped out in a flash : ) There was a separate seat with its own table and chairs outside, we were there for ourselves. However, it would be very cramped in the apartment for four, so I would rather go as a couple. The village is small and quiet, the lake section very beautiful. It has something like three restaurants on the lake. We were particularly impressed by the campsite's bistro. There is no train, so I would definitely recommend coming by bike.

We were allowed to spend a few fantastic days in Tanja's enchanting studio above Lake Murtensee – a true oasis of peace and inspiration. The studio is not only tastefully decorated and with a lot of love for detail, but is also located in the middle of a beautiful garden that invites you to linger, marvel and slow down. Tanja is an exceptionally warm and attentive hostess, where you feel welcome and in good hands from the first moment. Her family has also enriched our experience with her open and helpful manner – especially the valuable garden tips of her son delighted us. It was a wonderful break that we enjoyed to the fullest. This little Bijou has conquered our heart – I'm sure we'll be back!

Bijou is a great place to stay. For us is the best place where we have been. located in front is the lake with a panoramic view. It's very secure and clean. Looks like they take care of any detail inside it and looks great. Lovely location.

One of the most beautiful holidays ever. We had an incredibly beautiful time at Lake Constance and spent our first holiday there as a family. We were provided with a travel cot for small children. Everything was clean, well-maintained, stylishly furnished. A washing machine and a dryer were available to us. Which can be very practical with a baby. The host answered questions very quickly. We definitely want to come back. One week was too short. Even in the rain, we could enjoy Lake Constance, through the beautiful view from the living room and dining room. The balcony is covered and sheltered from the wind. That was really great. We also thought it was great that we could barbecue there. An all-round great holiday in a quiet location and yet you can reach other places super. The guest card gave you a lot of discounts. We would love to come back, and even wanted to extend our stay. Unfortunately, the apartment was fully booked.

We can’t say enough how much we loved our stay. It was the perfect end to our honeymoon! We absolutely loved the location, so peaceful. Manuel was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, easy and comfortable! He was extremely responsive via messages, no question was ever left unanswered. The best Airbnb host we have ever come across!

Our stay with Avril and Ruedi Bill was perfect. The studio is superbly located and exactly as described. Avril and Ruedi are very nice and well organised. Highly recommended, come back anytime!

everything worked out wonderfully

Pros: This place is beautiful. It's exactly like the pictures. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Cons: The google map directions took us down a bike path that we were clearly not supposed to be on and that path dead ended so we couldn't get through. We had to back up and navigate our way back up to the main road and disregard the map directions and figure it out another way. The real road/bike path that did allow us to get to the house was filled with bikers who seemed angry that we were on the path in the first place even though there was no other way to get to the carport. So, that was stressful every time we had to leave or return. Aside from that this place is wonderful. We highly recommend it!
