Waterfront holiday rentals in Lucerne District

A great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet place that is about 20 minutes to Basel. Although we didn't explore it much, the local town is charming. We strolled along the river and enjoyed some local food. It is a good community as you saw several families, friends, and enjoying the gardens along the river. The beds were comfortable, there were nice amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We needed assistance with something in the apartment and they immediately came over to help resolve - even on a holiday weekend. They were very kind.

Therese’s place had a beautiful view with a full kitchen and living room, perfect for couples. The location was right next to the train station and it was very easy to walk/bus to wherever we needed to be in reasonable time. It was very clean and cozy! Therese was also super accommodating and helpful and provided good info during our stay

The location of this place was great! One stop with the tram ride to reach the heart of the city, and a block away from the lake. The apartment is high end and had really nice aroma which made the space even more inviting.

My family stayed 6nights at Katerinas place and had a lot of fun. The views and surroundings are amazing. Both the train stations are walkable from the apartment. Just keep in mind that it doesn’t have a lift, so you’ll have to climb stairs after a long day of exploring. Of course, katerina had mentioned this to us as well before confirming the reservation.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, spacious apartment. There is absolutely everything you need, and it was super clean. 2 balconies were great! Moving around is simple with local transport, the bus comes right next to the house and it is only 13 minutes walk to the tram. It was a very good tip to visit Colmar! What a beautiful town!

I lovee the place. It is so near to the Zurich Leimbach station. It has nice view of the train station and the river. So close to Zurich city. You can get to the city in 12 minutes via train. The host was so nice and helpful and they even let us check in early which we really appreciate. The studio was sparkling clean. I was very happy with my stay. Thank you to Semira and team for the warm welcome!

place was wonderful. brienz lake is litarally in front of the place. good to walk around. so peaceful. i wish i could come and visit again ❤

There were three of us in the Stadthüsli. It was a very nice place to stay. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely be happy to come back!

The apartment is very cozy and great for a quiet vacation. Good base for hikes in the area. It was very clean and has everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne's place. The house is super comfortable, clean, and is well equipped. Kids loved playing around in the garden and quiet surroundings. Anne's was so accommodating and offers flexible check-in and check-out. The highlight was Anne inviting us to the camp fire in the garden, playing music, and spending an evening relaxing and having great chats! Thank you for your hospitality :)

We enjoyed the days in Basel and in the Zen house very much!

The house and property deserve a rating higher than 5!! The house was right on the lake with a grassy lawn and an easy-to-access boat dock. A rubber boat with oars and life jackets was provided. Outdoor tables and chairs were provided. The architecture of the house was contemporary and very pleasing. Everything was well stocked - plenty of eating utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies. The views of the lake and mountains were incredible! We loved our two-weeks there!

All are very clean, and there's everything we needed for our week-long stay with a small family . Thank you for your warm welcome, for the fresh eggs from your chicken coop. House is amazing, very big and comfortable. Equipped just like in my own home, it had everything we needed. The location is great (I had a car), right at the center of Switzerland and in the vicinity of pretty much every trendy place in Switzerland (1 hour drive at max) House sits right on the lake so when it’s warm outside you can go swimming or just walk along the lake All over, I can definitely tell this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever had.

It is an excellent option to live a special and different experience since you are surrounded by mountain and nature and beautiful views, the house is located just in front of the train stop so it is very practical to go to points of interest

I came from the city surrounding with tall buildings and traffic, when I arrived in Esther’s house with my family, the view literally shocked us. It is the most beautiful and clean airbnb I have ever seen! You will find everything you need, it is just like home.

Rita's apartment is an absolute gem. You immediately feel at home. The garden is stunning and just paradise. I will definitely come back to stay.
