The apartment is spacious, well ventilated and well equipped. Its location is excellent both for the region of the exuberant Barra do Gramame and, a few kilometers away, for the Farol do Cabo Branco, which is the main tourist spot in the city. So, have a good stay, as I did.

Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access through the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it's best to stop by the market before you arrive, because at night it's a little difficult to get food delivered. I recommend it.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

Andrea's apartment is excellent, just as advertised. It is super organized and has everything you would need to live comfortably. It is very close to the beach and has restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby. Andréa and Luciene were sweethearts, they gave us several tips and answered our questions and doubts super fast. About Luxor: Great location, close to restaurants, local shops, and of course, close to the beach. The building space is very good too, underground garage, game room, and the pool that is exceptional. About the Ap: Even a lot of space, bedrooms and room with air conditioning, it served 5 people very well. About the Host: Atenciosa since the first contact, note 10. I recommend the same, and yes, I will come back more often!
