Felipe is a good host, very concerned about his customers, he was always ready to respond and help. The only reservation is regarding the bed linen cleaning company, despite the maid being very kind, the bed linen was stained and the polyester towel does not dry anything. Everything was changed at Felipe's request, which pleased me. The only bad thing is the position of the toilet. At 1.82m tall, I couldn't use the toilet in the correct position, I always had to use it sideways.

The house is simply amazing !! The location is great, the street is very quiet and has easy access to the beach by walking 2 minutes. Extremely clean and organized residence, and Zélia is a great host, she was super attentive at all times.

The house is very large and comfortable. All bathrooms were clean as well as all bed and bath linens. The pool and the clean game space… all rooms with working air conditioning and the very comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the indispensable utensils, microwaves, airfraier, gelagua, two refrigerators and a stove with 5 mouths. The beach is quiet and is right next to the house, about 5 minutes walking distance. RECOMMEND!!!

The stay was quiet and comfortable. From the first contact, Sara was very kind and explained everything we needed to know. The house is not so close to the beach, but it is easy to walk if the person does not have any mobility difficulties. The pool is great, the house is well divided, the kitchen has many varied pots for different needs, the stove is very new, several dishes and a blender. We love it <3 Note: As in any beach region, it is worth taking repellent to protect from mosquitoes at night.

Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access through the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it's best to stop by the market before you arrive, because at night it's a little difficult to get food delivered. I recommend it.

The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

I spent 30 days in the apartment, it was a quiet stay, the condominium is exactly as pictured, it has a swimming pool and everything. Close to markets and pharmacies. The host was always helpful and even gave directions for tours. The apartment is complete.

My stay was great.. I had a well oriented check in.. the apartment was ample, with a lot of ventilation and sun.. The location was perfect for my purposes, close to the park ,close to the beach , and a good walk to the Manaíra boardwalk! Checkout was also easy!
