Holiday rentals with a patio in Gozón

Very happy with the accommodation, it is in a quiet area, you can park easily, supermarket next door and it has a bus stop very close, the apartment was very clean and the owners left us snacks, food and drinks and a gift for the kids, as I said, but very happy with this accommodation

Everything was very good, clean, functional, the beds in the rooms were great, the showers in the bathrooms were spectacular, in short, everything was up to par. CONGRATULATIONS

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

Raquel is very attentive, good communication. The stay was very pleasant, the apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy, very complete with all the necessary amenities and more, we would repeat.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

Everything was perfect. Selina sent us the location, places of interest, places to eat, and a lot of information a few days before. The apartment was spotless and had everything. Charming Selina. This reservation is a pleasure.

The apartment was definitely decorated with a lot of style, it was clean and the host was nice, attentive and kind to us. When I come back to Gijón, I will be happy to go back to the same apartment, I felt better than at my house.

If you're looking for the definition of Spanish hospitality, you'll find it with Blanqui and Eduardo, Enrique's parents, who take care of the apartment. We didn't feel like AirBnB guests with them, but part of the family! Upon our arrival, Eduardo greeted us very kindly and helped us find a parking space. During the subsequent introduction to the apartment, he and Blanqui were beaming with joy. They were particularly great with our children, which really made us very happy. There is a wonderful atmosphere all around. Enrique also sent us a detailed list of companies that we found very helpful. Thank you! The apartment is lovingly renovated and nothing is missing. Small items for breakfast are available in the kitchen. The book room and balcony are particularly cosy. After two nights, we travelled on. However, we said goodbye as warmly as if it had been a year. We are already looking forward to our return!

Beautiful view of the beach and lots of tranquility to enjoy a well-deserved rest. We spent some nice days in Laura's house. The house is situated in a quiet, rural environment. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (e.g. had already turned on the heating for our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thank You! Our stay in this house was just perfect. The house had everything we needed to feel at home: well equipped, comfortable and, above all, very clean, something that is always appreciated. From the first moment, we felt a great tranquility; it is an ideal place to disconnect and enjoy the peace of the surroundings. But definitely what made the difference was Nadia. Always attentive, friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed. She gave us very good recommendations and was attentive at all times. It's nice to meet hosts like that. We highly recommend this place, and if we stop by again, we will definitely repeat it.

An unbeatable house, very comfortable and no lack of detail. Gonzalo is super friendly, close and thoughtful. The area is very quiet and a huge garden to enjoy with and without pets. In short, you can't be better!!

Stay of 10, the house is very well located and if you are looking for a quiet place and where to enjoy the views this is the best option, you have incredible views and the place is very nice. Communication with Isabel has always been very fluid and quick as well as with her brother Ivan, both are very friendly and always attentive for what you need and that everything is going as good as possible. Highly recommended.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, central, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a swimming pool, although you can park in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From the first minute we felt at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, having availability they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope to see you again soon.
