The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Recently renovated Kingsland Cottage, situated in the centre of Colwall village is perfect for a relaxing break at any time of the year. To the front there is an off road parking space and a self-contained garden. There are pubs and a cafe within walking distance and local walking trails start in the village. Great Malvern is 3 miles over the hill and the ancient town of Ledbury 5 miles in the other direction. Direct trains run from London to Colwall station, 5 minutes' walk from the cottage.
