Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

The annex is prepared to a high standard and we respect your privacy leaving you to enjoy your stay. The annex has a free sat TV, fully fitted kitchen, tea, coffee and milk are provided along with a selection of biscuits, fluffy white towels, and a comfy new bed. The sofa can convert to a double bed if required. Free WIFI.

The path up the Hills starts across the road; a short walk leads to Holy Well, the ancient spring which won Malvern its reputation for pure waters. Beyond that a shady zigzag leads to the ridge of the Hills, with views on all sides; from the Cotswolds to the Welsh mountains. They say on a clear day you can see fourteen counties.

Spacious living area is ideal for people needing to work - The twin room on the second floor has a sloping roof and due to steep stairs is not suitable for children under 8 Coddington Vineyard is close to the market town of Ledbury and the Malvern hills are 15 mins away ideal for walking and cycling. Right in the centre of Malvern, yet tucked away in it's own quiet and secluded grounds, with seating in our communal garden. No.8 is the perfect base for all that Malvern has to offer. You are 5 minutes walk to the Malvern Festival Theatre, Malvern Hills and the towns, bars, restaurants, and shops. The 3 Counties Showground is just 10 minutes drive, as is the Morgan Factory.
